    Absolutely a great experience, not only with the car but with personnel as well. Tim made renting easy and went out of his way to make sure our ride was in perfect shape.

    Rented a convertible Vette for a few days to have a little fun while my truck was in the shop. Had a blast. Pricing is steep, but what do you expect when you're doing something you don't NEED to do. I'll definitely use them again.

    Been coming here about once a month for work. Every time has gone smoothly, the employees are great, and the cars have been nice with no issues. Haven't been price hunting as my company insists on Enterprise, but the prices certainly seem reasonable too. Definitely recommend!

    A+++ car rental experience and service. They delivered the car to my door literally within the hour. Rachel and Brad were fantastic to work with and they helped get into the perfect car and answered the phone personally by my name when I called with a question, which was very refreshing not having to go through automated systems and voicemails to talk to someone. I called about 4 other exotic car rental places in Denver this is hands down the best choice!

    Worked with Rachel after getting a rental because my wife’s car was in a hit and run. Very friendly, very helpful, and made sure we were taken care of. She made accommodations for us without issue. Highly recommend this location, I’d make sure she stayed with my company if she were my employee.

    Really disappointed. I used to travel for work and always had great service from Enterprise. But, not with this location. I ordered a full size pick up truck through the reservation line over the weekend to pick up on Monday at 5pm. I even called Monday morning to confirm it. I actually asked if I could get it early and they said they couldn't get it until 5 because it was coming from another location. Totally understandable. But, they confirmed they would have it and I could come in after 5. Got there between 5:30-5:45 and no truck. They asked what I needed it for. I said I was moving some things, so they offered a Nissan Rogue (small crossover) or minivan. I reminded them I had called to confirm a truck. All I get is a "Yes, sir." No attempt to try and find another location with a truck, no apology. I never got a call saying that they weren't going to have it. I had to come in and "find out." It was as if this just happens all the time. I admit I became really upset and left. I know I could have handled that better. I just think that if you are in the car rental business and someone orders a specialty vehicle and even calls to confirm it, they kind of need that specific vehicle. Fortunately, after calling the reservation line, they got us hooked up with the location on South Broadway. Those guys even stayed open late and took care of us. The South Broadway location is awesome. But, I will never go back to this location again.

    Such a treat to blindly stumble across a world class customer service experience such as that offered by Ellie here at the Exotic Car Collection by Enterprise. Granted, Ellie is probably used to working with customers who expect and pay for the very best, but as more of a regular-type guy, I was totally blown away. Ellie was prompt, smart, clear and effortlessly created the impression that I was a her number one priority. The car itself, a 2018 BMW 740i, was immaculate and spectacular. My wife and daughters loved being driven around Cherry Creek in it and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Denver. Everything was so easy, it hardly felt like I was renting the car. It felt more like I had a wealthy friend in Denver who was letting me borrow one of his cars for the day. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. Highly recommended. I will definitely be calling again next time I am in Denver.

    Initial call for inquiry, spoke to Henry, who sent release form, which filled out and sent back, then over the course of 1.5 wks, made multiple calls and emails to get further info/confirm reservation process. Never received any call or email back. Most calls (during denver business hours) to both Denver Airport and Highlands Ranch locations rang with no answer. Was once told by an associate I'd get a return call/email following the wkd, but never did. Eventually ended up finding a non-chain exotic car rental in Denver, and gave them my business once they promptly responded. Their pricing was better, and ended up getting a car for longer than I expected. Maybe my experience was not the norm, and they do have a nice selection, but regardless, they lost business.

    Incompetent service. My insurance says they entered a reservation. Enterprise says they didn't and refused to fix the problem.
