My service advisor, Clowie, did a great job keeping me updated on my car. She informed me of recommended services for the next visit and was friendly.

I had a 10:45am appt and it’s 12:15pm, but my car hasn’t been touched yet, however it’s “next inline”. It’s typically 1-2hrs for an oil change/service here but today especially, it is taking forever. Today I only had the oil change no rotating tires or special maintenance due. I wish I didn’t buy the service warranty with Toyota when purchasing the car. It’s just not worth it. Also I’m a mom of 3 and the play room is NEVER clean. I just make the best of it every time I come. Expect kids with a runny nose the next day.

DO NOT GO HERE, they are very dismissive and don’t answer any questions that you have. The service worker said “I cannot speak on it”, how can you take my car for two hours and do who knows what and not speak on it. They forget to put the hub cap back on after service and there was a noise that started right after I got my car back. Never going back and I even pay for Toyota Care. I prefer to pay and take it elsewhere.

It depends I guess. I have been there twice for oil changes. The first time went well with my customer service agent and my car was finished before the estimated time, and the most recent visit was not as strong. My customer service agent didn’t really want to help me, he had to be told by a supervisor to come over and check me in. I had an appointment for 10:00am and my car was done around 12:15. He never checked up with me or let me know anything about the progress. I don’t know if I will go back here for a simple oil change, as I shouldn’t have to wait two hours for an oil change and tire rotation.

Absolutely great team! Clowie C. was my advisor, it was my first time getting anything done on my new car and she explained the issues and how my warranty’s would be working. Like I said absolutely great team and they did wonders with my car !

Had a 9:45 AM appt and was there for over 4 hours which was more than I had wanted to be there for. Apart from that my advisor Stephanie was very nice and helpful :). This is the location I prefer bringing my car in to when I need it.

Standard 50k service. The mechanic did not tighten my oil plug after the service. After I went out to get into my vehicle I noticed a massive oil spot under my truck – the entire skid plate was full of oil and constantly dripping. The mechanic took my truck, topped off the fluids and pressure washed the oil out. He drove my truck around the lot and was never wearing a mask and tossed me the keys – sorry masks are mandated. I was also charged to have my tires rotated, the wheels have pretty significant markings on them from off-road use – they were never rotated. I called and reported these issues to the team and the manager told me there is no way he can keep an eye on everyone, they are grown adults and he only has 2 eyes. If they can't perform a BASIC task how can you trust them with maintenance of your vehicle.

The folks here are very nice, but the practices not so much. I've purchased 3 trucks from this dealership and we have them maintained here. For the past two oil changes, they have rotated my tires, but not balanced them. They did not offer a tire balance, either. Sending me away with a vehicle that shakes over 45 MPH. Upon taking my truck back to them, they inform me that they "should have balanced the tires" and that my vehicle specifically is known for this issue. They advise that "they can fix it right up for me ... for a small fee." I am not against paying for services, however, this has become quite the production, having to go back multiple times and make multiple calls just to walk away with a properly functional vehicle after an oil change. Just disappointing.
