Firestone Complete Auto Care

Made an appointment online and drop my truck off early even. Upon completion I never received a phone call or a voicemail message. I was not expecting for them to keep my car overnight. No other forms of communication were attempted. I made it by 4:55pm in the rain (the new hours on the handwritten sign say open til 5) to find the place locked up dark. Upon going to pick my vehicle up the next morning Jimmy was reluctant to want to call my phone number to make sure that it was working because I was already there to pick the vehicle up and it doesn't matter. Less than Stellar service from the front desk I would expect more for the years that I've been coming here. My phone number rang and there were no previous missed calls from the day prior nor any messages. I was not expecting to be inconvenienced of keeping my vehicle overnight if I had needed it. No apology either.

I was in town on Vacation with a large group of family & our trusty Jeep Wrangler "Black Betty" had some pretty extensive brake problems. Jimmy & his staff were great, as we can be a little much to handle! We dropped it off and it was all wrapped up before close the following day... pretty much saving our vacation plans. BIG THANKS to these guys.... they were short a guy or 2 and powered through for us and many other customers... highly recommend this place!!

Just had brakes repaired and replaced. Jimmy was extremely helpful in explaining process and very prompt in getting the work done. Price competitive with other quotes. Jimmy very personable and interested in customer satisfaction. He answered all my concerns and questions very patiently. He treated me with respect. Very good customer service and very prompt efficient and competent work.

Manager Jimmy was very supportive and friendly. He got us through the process of authorizing and ordering tires through the fleet company. Job was done in the time frame I was told. I will be coming back. Superior service!

Jimmy at the front desk was absolutely awesome. His multitasking abilities were extremely professional and interesting to watch while I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. He treated and talked to everyone with confidence and honesty!!!

Their phone # is to an appointment center. One has to wait for 2 emails; one that you made the appointment, the second that the appointment is confirmed. So I waited all morning and never got a second email. Guess I'll go elsewhere for more personal service.

BEWARE Of this Firestone location, the manager Troy lies when there is an issue and does not look into any facts. Do not trust the manager here he does not take any responsibility for his store quality of work. On January 25th 2023 I had a lifetime alignment. On July 7th I took my car to firestone closer to my residence in denver and they saif my bolts in the front and back were loose because the tech from the first alignment was not done properly, so as a result I have been going through tires every couple months and I was told because the damage is due to an alignment issues I would not be covered under my warranty. I have replaced my front two tires and I was told my firestone they would look into my case and contact me. I am so thankful that firestone is a big name and are KNOWN for doing the right thing. If you're like me and you need to find a trusted shop this is not a good location, unfortunately. Thank goodness that FireStone has many shops and there are manager who do not handle conflict well, but as a manager th as to truly when your character comes out. I refuse to work with Troy and seeing how he handles a problem is unprofessional and rude to customers. That was my personal experience really hope this gets better.

Visited this location for some simple work previously, oil changes mostly. Decided to try them for a bigger repair. Manager Troy had no time to explain details of our quote and was fairly rude when asked about details for work needed. Do NOT recommend this location.

I came in to see if my tire could be repaired or needed to be replaced after hitting a pothole. Jimmy was very helpful. He got my car in and the tire replaced in under an hour. Definitely recommend this Firestone location!

Scheduled appointment, dropped vehicle off and work was completed ahead of expected ETA. I had another Firestone location (lakewood) mount some tires, and they were so out of balance that the vehicle was unsafe to operate. The Arvada location went above and beyond to get me back on the road, will use again!
