I stopped in to have a battery installed in my vehicle. The first thing out of the guys mouth was "oh we are pretty short handed and cannot do it". Even though there were three other guys in the store, two standing around with their thumbs up their butts. I simply turned around and left. Go somewhere else if you want good service.

This particular location of O’Reilly Auto parts are Awesome! They have helped me a few times with small things like Wipers & Battery connectors etc. without any Hesitation or Charge. It’s Relieving to Find Great Customer Service especially nowadays. I Absolutely 100% Recommend!

Great customer service!!!!, Riley was very friendly and walked me through the steps to why my engine light was on. We were able to fix the problem and now I won’t have to take it to the shop.

Hi, I came in wanting new windshield wipers for my Buick. After finding what wipers I wanted and after buying them I asked if they could put them on my car. The guy said sure and made me pull up in front of the store. He finally came out after a couple of minutes. He then took a look at my windshield wipers and said he didn't know how to replace them, since they were too old hence the reason for new ones. I was forced to return my items and leave without nothing. Luckily there is an AutoZone on 65th and Wadsworth. They were able to help me and get my wipers off and it only took 5 minutes. It is just frustrating that this man at O'Reilly's didn't even try. So please go to AutoZone they are much nicer and not so lazy. PS it is only 5 minutes away! Thank you

I was told a battery would be delivered later the same day. Never got a call back. Next day called and asked if it has been delivered and was told no it wouldn't be until a later shipment that day, so 24 hours later than promised. When it was delivered, then was told no one could install it. Immediately after that was told company policy is that they do not install 12v batteries on hybrid or electric cars (nothing is special about installing a new battery in an electric vehicle). This was despite everyone in the process knowing what make and model car the battery was intended right from the beginning. After all that I decided to go elsewhere for good customer service.

Great auto parts store with great customer service. Sometimes they have car parts exactly like OEM factory for nearly half the price and twice the warranty. I only wish they still had loaner tools for quick parking lot fixes, but I can understand how thieves likely ruined it for the rest of us.

Benn a constant customer for 15 years, BUT I've been getting some not so impressive parts lately also calling the Brodway store for warranty information on purchased parts has become more difficult than it needs to be!
