Heidi was amazing. She patiently helped my tech challenged boyfriend load and transfer some videos. She was so nice and helpful, way above and beyond on customer service. Guy there tried to charge me for a free phone when activating a new line and I wanted the $50 plan and he said that they didn't have that plan that I can only get the $70 plan and when I told him that I the price tag said free he said that it was only free if I was to get 2 lines and then he changed it saying only corporate Metros give free phones never going there. ASK FOR ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND Check your receipt because my friend also went and they charge her for stuff she didn't even get they are all a SCAM
Manager, Rubin, is beyond amazing. He has spent so much time helping me with issues on my phone. He never showed once, that I was taking up so much of his time, or that he was frustrated that I needed so, much help with my phone, because I don't have money for a new phone.
I this place they really go above and beyond to help me with my problems thank you keep up the great work

Always a wait. Long lines. Not in California. In Colorado. Problems with phone service and not a lot of help with that. Staff young and not a lot of experience, especially Public Relations. Not all stores!
This place is okay only because of the fact is convenience in relation to where I'm at and how easy it is for me to stop in there to keep my phone paid in full not always the most helpful people and sometimes can be confusing that's your for your if your a Metro PCS user this is just another nice little location where you can pay your phone bill
Hurt by what they did to me ...I tried to pay me bill the same way I always do but something went wrong and the message said sorry we cannot process your payment and to call metro so I did but trying to do all this with a customer service person that took so long and frustrated to me they charged me a convince fee its not convince to me when me payment didn't work as I always always pay me bill every month the same way and never an issue until this last time sorry metro but I was done wrong and I've never done wrong to you or anyone Time for you all to please listen and care for your customers Thank You God Bless to all and Happy Easter
