Do not waste your time at this location. If you enjoy your free time and saving gas on a drive that you didn't have to make, don't go here. The appointment only gets you priority after those that are there already. 1 person to help several? Think 45 wait time minimum

The manager Rodney at the aurora mall, lied to me about my phone issue, then tricked me into running my credit for service, I already ha e a phone, I was having trouble hooking the device up, he said I had to apply for a credit account with Verizon to check my phone. They took my social securitynumber no less than 6times. Then told me they couldn't verify who I am. While holding my gold star drivers license. When I refused to bring in any mail Rodney told me not to come back to the store. BE WEARY OF IDENTITY THEFT AT THIS LOCATION. I DONT BELIEVE ANYONE should have to provide this much info for a prepaid service when I already have a phone.

They only have Rodney in there by himself so for those who are impatient I highly you avoid this store if you have no patience. But if you are patient Rodney will a sure too do his best to take care of his customers & his store

Update: Do Not Do Business Here! Verizon conducted an investigation for a week. They cannot find or prove it was ever sent out. The phone is MIA. I have sent an email to the comment or, and have not heard a response. I've tried to call the store no response. I'm reaching out to Verizon for next steps on my stolen phone, that this location claims was being "traded in". They took advantage of an older woman. Do not conduct business here. Traded in a phone in June, waited three months to be "credited". Now I am on the phone with Verizon customer service because the phone was not returned. I have spent multiple hours with Verizon customer service trying to "locate" the phone. However, they have let me know they cannot track where it is and that the transaction does not show there was any trade in. I would avoid this store at all cost. I have had no issues with the location on Alameda Avenue. I still have yet to have a resolution. As I am currently still on the call with Verizon.

First off, I'm not typically one to complain, but this Verizon retailer is a joke. The manager doesn't know how to access customer accounts, the staff make personal calls while helping customers, and overall they act like they don't know how to do their job. This is the lowest quality customer service experience I've ever had.

This place is a joke, I order a second phone for my wife. Went to pick it up on Sunday 8/28/2022 at 4:30 pm and it was closed when clearly states the store hours on the door as 12-6pm and then i tried again yesterday 8/30/2022 and i was there at 7:25 pm when clearly stated open from 10 am to 8pm and surprise it was closed. save time and just go to a different store. i had to cancel my order and get the phone at a different place. I wouldn't even use this store to make a payment

I brought my brother in to buy his first ever cell phone. Since he doesn't have Internet or Wi-fi, we asked for a flip phone. Melissa was incredibly sweet and helpful. She was patient and helpful, but what I liked best is she took the time to teach the basics with a pleasant attitude rather than being condescending.

I'm from out of town and I have never been to such a good Verizon store. Jose and Andrea were a big help they definitely hooked it up and gave me a ton of support I will for sure be going back to them. Good deals and they work hard to save you some money.
We switched from AT&T to Verizon and our case is very complicated because we have four lines in three different states. Andrew, who is the manager in the store was extremely patient with us. He showed us how to switch phones professionally and properly. We will definitely recommend this location for Andrew’s excellent customer service!!!!
