Continuing from the first post. The cashier lady never brought out the new phones to show us but she charged us for new phones brought out phone cases but I never got to see the new phone. I've never been somewhere where I went to purchase a phone and you don't go get the phone and show me the phone but you charge me for the phone crazy. As much as I love mariachi bands I don't want to hear it on level 100 in the store and I got over top the music

The girls working today July 26th 2023 at 5pm denied me and my friend service to pay our phone bills and gave us dirty looks and a really bad attitude. I had to drive 15 minutes to another location in where I had no issue paying my bill what’s so ever. Really need better employees

I went to the Aurora mall location. About 220pm Monday. I happen to teach sales and customer service. I felt unwanted in the store. The energy level was horrible. I will never go to that location again. For the 2 young ladies to be working at the mall It was a bad experience.

Great place to shop. Clean, nice variety of phones and accessories, great staff. I had an issue with buying a new phone (surprisingly a medical issue), so I had to temporarily go back to my old phone, but couldn't get it to work. Other Cricket store staff couldn't or wouldn't fix the issue, I was tired of trying and had no service on my phone for a few days. We were at the Aurora Mall for a different reason, and decided to stop in. Alondra not only helped me, but took the time to call Cricket customer service to troubleshoot the problem, and fixed it so I could use my phone again. She is amazing, very professional, kind, and helpful!! 5 stars because of her wonderful customer service. I will definitely go back for accessories, have my family buy their new phones there, and to refer others there. Thank you Alondra. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

First of all, SHOUT OUT TO PAOLA A! She's amazing! Walked in & store was very clean. We were greeted immediately by both of the ladies working! Paola was very friendly & knowledgeable. She assisted us with all of our needs in a cheerful manner! She answered all of our questions & concerns & she was very quick about helping us with not just 1, BUT 3 phones on our account in a very timely manner. I would refer any & everybody to do business with her directly! Thank you for being great! All around, Great location!

Great customer service and great experience

I loved going in here tbh it was a really friendly environment. Was warmly welcomed by a guy named Brian and he really helped me out. Was paying so much for my old service and he literally cut that in half AND I got a better phone. Thanks Brian and thanks cricket! You guys are awesome.

Under new ownership Prime location with excellent staff Before this location, I would visit another location. I tried this location out for a change and was delighted to have done so! I was greeted and helped immediately. The staff helped me to find the the best phone to upgrade to. I almost chose one that didn't fit my needs. Between the amazing customer service, phones, and plans I will be coming back to this location from now on.

So originally the store opens at 10 am but they had a note stating they were opening at 11am now. I was fine with that, but 11 came and no one came to open. 11:15 still no one, I thought I would wait a little longer because i really didn’t want to go to a different location, then 11:30 came still nothing. This is very unprofessional. They need to get staff that are more Responsible that can Simply come on time. Upset with the fact I wasted my time.
