AT&T Store

Outstanding customer service. They answered all my questions. They were patient, professional. I had the opportunity to work with two employees at this location: Lucia and Ciara, both were knowledgeable and efficient.

Really good costumer service, came in with a broken phone and they gave me multiple options when the store prior said there was nothing they could do. They even went out their way to help me restore all accounts. Definitely will be coming back

I was switching over from Verizon to AT&T and went in to the store. I was greeted and helped with in seconds by Celine. I was able to get a great deal, a new phone, and it was all done very quickly and professionally. Celine was able to get me in and out and switched over to a better phone and better deal! She explained what I would see in my bill and help with any problems I may encounter. I would definitely recommend going in and seeing her if you want quick, friendly, and professional service!

I’ve been with ATT for about 10 years and I have never appreciated the dedication until I met and spoke with Celine! She went above and beyond for me and I was truly satisfied with the way she handled my accounts. I would recommend going to this location and if possible asking to work with Celine! I went into this AT&T store in hopes to get information about switching my service. I was immediately greeted by the sales rep Celine. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and put my mind at ease about switch service to AT&T. If you’re looking for quality service, I highly recommend going here and asking for Celine, you won’t regret it.

My husband has been to this location previously, and had mentioned to me how impressed he was with Celine, the person he spoke with. Yesterday, I joined him and went back(we are having some issues with our service, through no fault of the store or its staff), and I have to say I agree with his assessment. Celine was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. They were not able to fix our issues as again, it is more of a tech support problem, but Celine was able to help answer a lot of our questions and guide us toward the next appropriate steps to take. We are grateful and will be pleased to return if we need to!

Went in and was helped right away! Customer service is amazing here, not only did they help me transfer my data but also showed me how to work my new phone! If you need help with anything I would recommend coming to this store!

The Hispanic guy that was working on September 28, 2022, around 2:15 PM was the rudest I’ve encountered ever! I didn’t get his name. i was told that when my new phone arrived, I could bring it back to have the screen protector applied at the store. When I told him why I was there, he gave me this really mean look and just put his hand out to take my phone and didn’t say anything else. And then he proceeded to throw the box across the table at me and the remaining trash from the box as he worked on the phone. I didn’t want to address it in the moment because I was so mad. I didn’t want to say something I would regret, but he definitely does not need to be employed if he hates his job that much..Who throws trash at a customer?? I spent a lot of money in this place last week. He needs to be GONE

Even though I live far, I go to this store because the customer service is always phenomenal. Celine is the sweetest and most helpful associate and she provided me everything I needed and more during my last visit and purchase. I recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and customer-centered experience!
