My sales guy was great! Knowledgeable and excellent customer service. I wasn't even in the market really until I talked to him.

Jeff is the freaking man! Super friendly, helpful, intelligent, and just a good person in general. I just switched to cricket and at the store on Mississippi Ave we couldn't get my Galaxy Note 10+ to recieve/make calls, so I was routed to Jeff and he helped me out with the upmost respect and knowledge for what he was doing!

I'm not pleased with cricket at all. I went in to purchase more memory storage on my phone and they couldn't help with that. They didn't offer a new card for my phone or an upgrade. The cricket store I go to has a large Hispanic clientele and I was treated like a second rate person because I'm not of Spanish descent. They helped 5 other individuals before helping me when I was there ahead of them. I'm going to change my phone service as soon as my serviceis up. Terrible customer service and rather racially biased towards any one who is not Hispanic. I don't care what color your skin is or what language you speak. A customer is a customer and should all be treated with the same response and services. Poor job to cricket and it's neighborhood store. I've lived in this area over 35 years and visit that shopping area longer than cricket had been around. I enjoy keeping my money in the local stores but I'm not going to continue to use cricket as my carrier! I spend $80 a month on service and a phone that has minimal storage and a provider with prejudical employees.

This location is far better than the other Denver ones! They are personable, and they explain things well. They go above and beyond and even have great deals on accessories. I was helped by Edgar who was able to offer me better prices and top of the line service for the same purchase I was going to make at Town Center Mall location. Of course I chose this location for my business and I saved piles of money on accessories compared to what Town Center and Quebec offered me. I bought 3 galaxy A01 phones and 2 iPhone SE 2020 phones and cases with screens for all 5 devices. I will do all my Cricket business here even though it is a drive from my home, totally worth it!

Came to pay my bill this Monday morning , on the door it says “ Monday through Friday opens at 9” it’s now 9:59 and still not open smh 🤦🏽‍♂️ now I have to sit outside and wait till whenever they wanna open! 2nd time this has happened

The employees were nice and friendly, the store was cleaned didn't t have to wait a very long time.

May be the best location. Employees are always friendly and super helpful. I have never had to wait in a long line.
