Wow! I am incredibly grateful with the manager Kenya as she was able to recover all my information from my previous phone. She did what the other heavy build girl Ashley couldn’t do she was so rude and dismissive but Kenya was a pleasure to work with. Will only come to her now

Woman at desk was extremely rude. Told me I had to pay my bill now before other purchases; after payment told me to leave the store as I browsed the phones. Completely indirect and disrespectful; needs new staff.

The customer service Ashley is the best woman who gives great service with good knowledge. Always she is perfect. Good customer service atract the customer for the company I recommend here to be the manager.

I had purchased a power cord for my phone at this location and was told that it had lifetime warranty and one upon returning it I was told that they were not honor the lifetime warranty. The associate for which I purchased the cord from assured me that I would have a lifetime warranty on this product if I kept the original box and the receipt in which I did. This new manager told me that she will not honor my lifetime warranty even with the receipt and the original box and that she would just give me a discount on a new one which I did not want a discount I just wanted to replace my cord. I have been a loyal customer for well over 20 years and this is the first time I was treated like I didn't matter. The new manager in which I do not care to remember her name after a couple of minutes show that she did not give a care about what I had to say after the fact. I was very dissatisfied and will not be returning to that retailer and hope new management will be in th near future.

Terrible experience, the workers are super nice, but the manager was extremely rude. I asked the worker if they had iPhones because mine was broke and he went back to ask her and she answered to him “ what do you want me to do about it” in Spanish because she thought I didn’t understand Spanish. She’s super rude, this is my home cricket and after this I never want to come back. Terrible manager!

I went to this location today to switch my service from metropcs and to get phones for my husband and son. I got there right when it opened but we were having problems getting the service switched over. After multiple phone calls to different companies, a million questions on my end and three and a half hours later, Carlos got it figured out and we were able to leave the store with new phones on a budget we walked in with! Carlos was amazing and never once got irritated or made me feel like I was a problem. I would definitely recommend this store to everyone

I came in upset because my phone kept on giving me an force close message, I was very rude to Marlene the sales rep there, she tried to help me only to find out my phone its just very old so she recommended a new phone for less than $50 she never lost patience with me and kept her cool at all times. I thank you for that most people react and don't take the time of the day to help out.

I've bought several new phones here and only one was a decent phone. The women who work there are lazy, unprofessional, and don't seem to know what they are selling. My phone has several glitches. Its brand new. Less then 5 days I've had this phone and no one will believe me when I tell them the phone is bogus. I need to exchange it but they don't want to. They have undone hair and their makeup looks 3 days old. My first hangover didn't even look as bad as they do for work. Appearances are better then their service and knowledge of products. Take pride in your job and maybe learn what your selling so you don't have so many bad reviews.
