Best customer service experience (in a phone store) ever. I have used Cricket, Metro PCS, Sprint, Verizon, Trac phone, and various other providers over the last 15 yrs. This guy actually wants your business! He is very knowledgeable about the services/phones he/Boost provides and will get you the phone/plan that is right for you.

Visited today to get a Boost smart phone I had purchased online hooked in to a plan and wanted help getting the phone up and running as I've had headaches trying to do that stuff by myself in the past. The customer service was excellent and was able to get everything up and running for me and even worked through a snafu with my mailing addy that would have been a headache if I'd try to do it online by myself. Fast and excellent service. Thanks.

This man has never had a bad attitude!! Always an easy experience for me, he knows i break my phones, so this time he gave me a free phone case to protect it lol. Bring your business to him!
