I've been coming to this store for ages! They always helped me out with transferring my contacts and trach me how to use it. Also they have a great variety of accessories at excellent prices.

I had one of the best experiences at this location they were knowledgeable helpful and very sincere in making sure that I got the right information. Very patient and willing to do what was needed to make sure that the customer had all the benefits of the store thank you guys!

Great Customer service, went with a family member to get another phone after 1.5yrs the charger port was done. They were personable, know their products and genuinely appreciated the purchase. Now that's how you get returning customers...

I absolutely recommend coming to this store of you want top notch customer service, if you're looking for a great deal, or you just want to pay your bill and you don't want to wait forever to do it. I can attest to all of this, I've seen them all a customer that was purchasing a phone(quite a lengthy process)if they would mindwaiting a few min while they take a payment, I've always been treated with respect and patience, and when i bought a phone it took quite awhile i never felt rushed or like they were getting annoyed. So yes i recommend this family owned cricket store100%don't waste your time at another store just to be treated like a $ sign.

I came to the store today with a huge problem, my phone was riddled with viruses. Juan Jose was swift in helping me get rid of all those problems. Definitely buying my next phone from this location.

Juan Jose took the time and effort to help me set up my iPhone, all in all this store has an outstanding service. I also took advantage of their current Buy 2 accessories + get one 1 free deal, he even put the glass protector without leaving any bubble.

The people at this location has always helped me with any phone issues. I've known them for awhile and they always been great with customer service. It's not easy to find a perfect store.

THE BEST! The staff is able to fix ANY problem I've had with Cricket. And I've had some crazy weird problems! They also have great phones and offers for Cricket. Very nice and friendly and they even will show you various tricks step by step to make your phone work even faster!
