Ive been coming here with mainly issues for the last several years, maybe only twice for new lines and/or phones. Every single time this team has taken care of my service issues phenomenally. I want to say they spend at least an hour researching every best way possible to find resolutions. It’s time that I write a review because the service is truly outstanding. P.S. Jonathan is the manager here and every time I’m there, he steps in and completely destroys any obstacle in the way. Today he dealt with customer care for me better than my previous attorneys did in legal cases. Highly recommend.
I came to this store because the Greenwood Village store was closed today. Jonathan and Lisa were there and they took great of me and my family. We upgraded all our phones and got a better plan with no stress or issues. These two were amazing and know how to do there job!! Thank you
John worked with me today to get a new phone for my husband. A few factors could have made this difficult but John was patient and understanding and got it done. I was impressed with the efficiency of the only 2 employees in the store.
Helpful associates. We were having trouble with our SIM cards while traveling overseas and our SIMS were older. We have been T-Mobile customers for a long, long time and they took care of us quickly. My recent trip overseas was great, no cellular issues.
Darin and Kim were so helpful with my unusual circumstance! They we're efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were greeted instantly upon arrival. Darin listened to our issue and went into action immediately. Kim provided crucial knowledge on how to solve our issue. Overall, great customer service and great team work. I highly recommend using this T-mobile store!
Great T-Mobile store and even better staff. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and are always able to address any problems or questions I have. I pass a couple of other T-Mobile stores on my way to this one, not because there is anything wrong with the other stores, but because this one is that good!
Not being very handy, I came into the store to ask advice about changing my wife’s iPhone screen protector. Derek said he would do it for me, and he did it with a smile! Thank you so much Derek!!
Disney welcomed us immediately as we enter the store. He is very knowledgeable. All the questions I had for Disney was answered promptly. His customer service skillset are excellent and through the roof. Disney is an asset to T-Mobile. Dalton and Roma
We went to TMobile searching for better pricing than we had with a different carrier. Jonathon, Lisa, Derek and Rickey were great to work with. They all helped at some point in the process. Jonathan especially searched for the best / most affordable option to move our service and get new phones. We're very happy with plan & phones. One of the lines is with a family member in IL, and said to call when we got there the next week, they'd walk us through the set up of that phone; they did.
I usually hate getting a new phone due to all the hassle but Jonathan and Darrin were ABSOLUTLEY AWESOME and helped with all of our needs!!!! The very best experience I have ever had hands down! I came in a week before with some questions and dealt with Lisa who was also super helpful. The staff at this store is so helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be a returning customer and recommending to others. Thanks!!
