This was a great experience. I was impressed with the service. It was nice to see more than one person working the desk.

I just watched this rood store employees kick a lady with serious medical conditions who is not required to have a mask, out of their store for not having one. How pathetic of a person and company are you. When you put your irrational paranoia above the Heath and safety of a person????

This is the only shop that would honor the deal for 4 free phones. Thanks for going the extra mile to make me a customer. The one on 30 road wouldnt sell to me unless i made a verbal agreement not to leave if the quality sucked, and the one in glenwood straight up lied to me over the phone that they were out of phones for the deal. (Impossible because all phones were in the deal)

Let me tell you how ignorant this"representative" was, he kicked me out of the store for not having a mask, when I politely told him I have health issues, he then ignorantly asked me what they are ( again HIPAA regulations) I told him I have stage 3 heart failure and copd, so the said I don't care you have to leave, so guess who is getting ahold of the better business bureau that's right this gal.

Good customer service. Was able to switch my phone number from one phone to the other. Also got a free phone and there is no hassle when you go in. The cell phone service is excellent and they also have the wifi calling for their phones.

Went in at opening. The girl who was there took forever to accommodate me when there was nobody else in the store. She was very rude and had a bad attitude.
