Helped me pick out the right phone for my needs and got it all set up and my info transferred. So easy. Also set me up on a better plan than what I was using and saved me 10 bucks a month. The folks in the Grand Junction store are the best and always helpful.

I had the best experience bringing my Dad shopping for a new cell phone. Tony gets an A + (x100000). He was very knowledgeable, friendly, kind and his excellent customer service was very appreciated. I'll be switching service as well! Great store and the rest of the staff also seemed awesome!!!

Initial visit was with Sam. Super easy, very professional and informative. Let me know what was going to happen every step of the way and great advice to make my experience easier. Ordered my four devices and set up my service for transfer at arrival. Came back with my four devices for activation and worked with Alex. There were a few issues with two of my number and Alex was able to use his expertise to get everything resolved complete the transfer from old to new and help me out with several set up questions. Due to the errors from the porting department it took a little longer than anyone expected. Still, Alex and Sam were patient and worked hard to get everything in place to make our experience amazing. Highly recommend!

These people must have been picked from fired State job rejects, in MY opinion!!! Their customer service skills are as inferior as I have ever been subjected to. If you lose your phone, license and wallet and BUY a new phone from them, (even though we supposedly have insurance), don't expect any assistance from them in getting service back up and running once your replacement phone comes. They just want to pawn off additional phones and lines to rack up commission, all while saying they can't turn on your old phone without your license... But they can turn on a NEW phone without a license. Rip-off store working under a great company name. Pity....... Addendum: One star up to three: went back that afternoon and a nice EDUCATED and POLITE representative helped us within 45 minutes!!!

Great store with great service. I am sure there are other good ones, but I can say from my experience the manager was great and Sam and Tony were very helpful and made sure me and my family were set up well before we left. Big thank you to Sam.

We can't thank Alex enough for all of his help. He listened to what our needs were and truly cared. He assisted my 85 year old mother in law with her concerns. Alex is recognized from our family as definitely going above and beyond expected customer service. Highly recommending AT&T in Grand Junction, CO.
