The store manager, Jerry, was incredibly rude to my mom and I. When I paid in cash he huffed and slammed his keys on the counter when he had to count back change. He snapped at my mom when she told him the amount needed to turn our service back on, and got mad when she told him that she has a payment arrangement, because we weren't paying the full amount due. He was also eating with his mouth open while "helping" us. I would rather deal with a rabies infected badger than that rude man again. He probably bullied his way to his position of power. Or paid for his position as manager. If I could give a half star rating, I would.

If you want customer service or just phone service and signal in general look elsewhere. Worst service coverage I have ever experienced. Just go to verizon, I made a mistake switching and will be back with verizon immediately. To list every bad experience I have had with the company and the reps in the stores would take a day to write.

Jon was professional, kind and very knowledgeable on both apple and android phones. I asked many questions and he answered them all and gave me the info I was looking for!! Thanks for a pleasant experience!
