Ross Dress for Less

Do not recommend this store if you have allergies. Went in today and their cleaning products are so strong, I left with a sore throat and a headache because it was such a strong chemical smell. They should definitely reevaluate their products. It was a very irritating smell. I was only in the store for about 10 mins.

If you want to be racially profiled come here! It took my daughter to get our outfits for a family event, an employee invaded my personal space in the aisles and when I said let me shop in peace she ignored me and left and then got on the intercom and said they were accepting cash only. When I came back the registers were mysteriously working. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I live in the area but will got out of my way to another Ross, others should do the same.

Not sure why the store is "shrinking" but the shoe department has been very scarce for a while now and for whatever reason, the merchandise is being "squished" into cramped spaces, while the store has more and more empty space...literally open floor.

Good priced, But did not have what I needed

Found a dress I like and place was clean and well arranged.

Took my wife shopping at this Ross on December 18, 2022. We separated soon after we got in the store. My wife is a senior citizen and has trouble walking. She asked a younger Ross assistant for a buggy to carry her items. I found my wife before the young lady came back and helped her take her items to the register. When the young lady saw us at the register, she pushed the buggy she had found and let it roll into my wife. This was done right in front of the register and should be on the cameras at approximately 11:15 am. My wife said this young lady had a bad attitude when she asked her for the buggy. Visited four other Ross stores in the Aurora area looking for a special Christmas item. The store in Southlands was the first we visited had the least number of customers. I believe that's due to the extremely poor customer service. I also left poor ratings for the Southland Ross store at their company website and yelp. December 19, 2022: Received apology letter from Ross - Customer Service and incident was reported to the District Manager. I have never witnessed a 20 something aged young lady "purposely" assault a handicapped senior woman for simply requesting assistance.

Store was kind of dirty. There was lot of empty racks.

Took my granddaughter to Ross to look for some clothes. The staff was warm and kind to her and made her experience wonderful. We will be back.

Variety of clothing to choose from. Short staffed.

Well, today it was great! But last week I was disappointed when I noticed a customer refused to wear their mask when asked to by the lady monitoring the people coming in. This woman blatantly said NO, and proceeded to walk around the store breathing on everything and touching everything during a pandemic! I love Ross, but really, this was truly disappointing!!! Someone should have denied her entrance to the store if she's violating a state mask mandate.
