@Katie please girl, maybe think about the fact that we’re going into fall and bugs are coming inside to find warmth so that’s probably why there was a beetle in your pants. Either that or you have an infestation in your home. Humble yourself. Hopefully you don’t find a roach in your bed next.

The best experience from this store because of two amazing employees that go above and beyond for their customers if I remember correctly the gentleman’s name was Jaedon and the young lady was Kayla. Both are always very friendly, helpful and working hard every time I have shopped there. They truly make my shopping experience so special and big reason me and my family only go to this Ross to get the things we need. So sad when I don’t see one of them there working on the days we come in because it’s the experience and seeing them that makes our shopping experience so special for my family. Please give these two a raise and don’t let them leave lol, they truly keep this store thriving for so many customers that have shared the same friendly greeting treats you like family experience. Highly recommended just because of them!! Thank you both for everything you do

@Fetha Kindly shut up, your profile picture looks dirty and disheveled, please move on and stop being rude. I saw you steal from here while I was shopping. I know you are angry because you have no job and steal, but that doesn’t mean you should leave bad reviews. I’m sorry they didn’t have the hygiene stuff you wanted to steal, maybe check the homeless shelter or the our center instead of stealing.

Has a maternity section that despite being small is at least very well priced. Not a large collection but decent enough for the few months of pregnancy. Got jeans for 15, and feeding bras for 13 for a set of two. Fit well and much cheaper than other stores.

Jayden the manager is horrific. The way he talks to his employees is ridiculous, rude, and like they are lower. I don’t know how someone like him could get moved up in a customer service oriented environment. Not only that but he won’t actually help out by hopping on a register. He doesn’t acknowledge customers when talking (look up at all). And gets attention of his employees as if they’re animals.

Ross, thank you for making me and my baby feel seen! Your maternity section had lots of variety, and I was able to pick out some outfits that made me feel like I can rock this pregnancy and look good doing it!

I just got home from this store and went to try on a pair of pants I bought. I felt something poking me so thinking it was a tag or a sticker I reached in and grabbed it and pulled out a GIANT BEETLE! It was the most disgusting thing ever. I'm hesitant to ever buy anything from this store again.

They REALLY need some employees! If you need a job, they're hiring. From what I understand, employees get a good discount! The floor and shelves have been messy the last few times I've been in. The prices have gone up as well. The selection is limited too. I usually liked shopping here but have made the decision to go elsewhere for now. Maybe I'll check them out in a month or two when the holiday traffic is over.

Very organized store with a lot of things, different from others that are not organized or missing some basic things that shoppers want. The only thing is that sometimes the price is not really worth, so always check Google or Amazon for the real price and review (quality of the product)
