Not enough employees. Went on a Sunday, literally nobody to help. Fitting rooms are locked and can’t find anyone to open them. Finally tracked down someone in shoes who said they’d send someone to help in football, but nobody showed up. 2 cashiers and about 15 people on line. Waited a customer service for 10 minutes and nobody even looked at me. They are seriously understaffed at this location!

Fair selection of women's softball apparel and footwear. Better than the Broomfield location.

Brought in my Cannondale bike to get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix a couple things on it. Waited a week and heard nothing so called them. Got a return call saying it would cost over $400 to service it. Took it to another bike shop in Longmont and they are charging me less than $100. What a waste of time and a joke.

Kyle is horrible at managing customer service. Refused warranty on equipment bought less than a year ago. If you sell manufactures equipment you need to warranty the equipment. I’m not using the extended warranty if it’s still covered the manufacture one year.

Went in to get shoes for my son. The manager in the back storage looked right at me and ignored me. Horrible service

Went in to get new shoes and stood there for 15 minutes without a single person coming up to help me because they were more eager to help the people that came in after me. Thank god there is a shoe store across the road. Guess the employees really embrace the company name. Edit: went to Famous Footwear was greeted at the door when they had 5 minutes until they closed! Regardless was in and out in 3 minutes with a new pair of shoes..guess I should’ve “walked” away sooner.

This is a nice place to shop although their selection is a lot less than I thought, but usually I seem to always be looking for specialized things so it is alright. Good staff and good prices though and their location is pretty convenient. I wish they sold megaphones, but that seems to be a rather tough find...

I was excited to get my very first bike since my childhood. A Saleswoman asked if I needed help and said she’ll call an expert on bikes to assist me. Well, I wish she stayed to help...the so called ‘expert’ didn’t answer my novice questions properly and was not all all enthusiastic about it. When I asked why I need to adjust friction, Tyler’s answer was that it is set up as it is supposed to be. Wow, I feel so enlightened by that explanation! I rode the bike around few times and every time I came back he was adjusting the seat. As I’m new to bikes it didn’t occur to me that perhaps that’s something I should inquire about.. He serviced my bike and I proudly took my new bike home. It was time to go on a family ride. We were all so excited! Until....my seat got pushed up and I had to stop and adjust it.. and again...and again. I got so frustrated, all I wanted to do was go home as it was really uncomfortable to ride with a seat slipping from adjusted position every 2 minutes. It was the worst first ride ever. When we got home, my husband tightened the seat bolt instead of Tyler who obviously was aware of the issue. So I have to say, I ignored his half answers with extremely bored attitude, but doing half job is unacceptable! If you don’t like working there, please change your job or truly adjust your attitude. You are there to help others. Thank you.

Bought a new bike today for use with an exercise bike trainer. The associate was knowledgeable and very helpful. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because this store has stopped selling ammunition and I only go there when I have no other choice.
