we found some cute things we liked. my boyfriend wanted to open a Burlington credit card. he has a permanent resident card- a valid photo id- issued by the federal government. they wanted a driver's license. they wouldn't take his permanent resident card. this seems like discrimination against immigrants. a valid photo ID and a social security card. both federally issued forms of ID. the reason provided was to eliminate people opening fraudulent or stolen credit cards. so immigrants are assumed to be the ones doing this? disappointed and offended.

Dressing rooms not open during weekdays! Why would I ever bother shopping for clothes here? One star is for the very nice lady at the cash register. She is very polite and caring.

Claudia is one of the most helpful and patient Burlington associates. I got a great deal on a three piece suit that Claudia helped me pick out. Claudia even measured my dimensions to find the perfect fit. Bottom line, with Claudia's help I had the confidence to ace the interview and I was presented an offer to start with the company. Got some shoes and the lady said I could wear them and return if they did not fit. I wore them for 5 minutes in the snow and had to take them off because they were too tight. They didn't accept a return or exchange because they went on sale since I bought them for $13 they were now $1.50 and there was very little dirt that should be expected. Will not return to a place that lies about what you can and cannot return. Very rude older woman with brown hair. Do not recommend wasting your money here!

If you need a solid shirt or jacket you can sometimes find higher end brands here for cheap. The jeans are almost always skinny jeans if you're looking for men's. It has a lot of active fitness clothing here.
