Not a bad location, clean and organized. No issues with staff, and no line to check out. Good choices for women’s and kids shoes, not so much for men.

The red headed girl that checked me out had an air pod in her ear and was clearly having a conversation with another person on the phone. What a sweet gig. She gets paid to talk on the phone while on the clock?

Pretty decent Ross Store. It's cleaner and more organized than most (except for the electronics section). In the times I have been, it's never busy (which means less items strewn about the store). I didn't have to wait in some long line to do a return or to purchase items. The service people are efficient. However, I have attempted to buy shoes on two occasions that have been mis-marked. I get excited thinkng I am getting a great deal only to get them to the counter, and the sales person tells me, "Sorry, someone put the wrong sticker on these." In my mind, I am like fine I don't want them anymore. I was only getting them because of the price. I don't argue with the sales associate or demand they give them to me for the price marked. I did, however say, "This is the second time this has happened to me at this store." Instead of the sales person acknowledging me or apologizing for the inconvenience, she just looks at me; like practically a dirty look. That is so rude to treat customers that way. I was just letting them know. I mean, as a store manager, it's meaningful to know these things. I didn't feel it warrented that type of rude response. Good customer service is practically extinct these days, it seems. If you want a quiet, less crowded Ross Store, this is a good one for you.

Man this place has really gone downhill. I can hardly ever find anything in my 12 year old's size and if you're looking for dressier boys clothes, even casual, there is little to no selection. The staff is nice though.

I spent 25 minutes shopping for clothes. Then stood in line to wait for a dressing room for about 15 minutes at the front of the store. There were at least 3 employees near the front and not one of them mentioned that the dressing rooms were closed not was there a sign saying they were closed. I finally asked one of the employees if they were open and I was informed they closed at 6 pm. I asked why if the store is open passed 6.... I said that was absolutely ridiculous. Another employee jumped in to tell me I shouldnt have stoood there so long before asking. Utterly ridiculous. I'll shop elsewhere.

I give 0 stars for the service store. The cashier young male with half blonde half dark hair is very rude and disrespectful. I simply want to return kids sneakers that I purchased 3 days back, I had receipt, (store has the 30days return policy) unused shoes with tag attached to them. The person refused to process the return saying something that the shoes looks like kids but on receipt and tag says it’s man’s shoes. And that was only his words not what the tag and receipt says. He argued with me in very disrespectful and rude manner. I request the store manager and eventually the return was processed however I did not hear and apologize from any of them. I really like to shop at this store and had very positive experience till today. Horrible horrible experience

Just bought these shorts. Had my receipt. Washed them once on gentle cycle so I could wear them (of course you should wash your clothes when you buy them before you wear them). They *totally* fell apart. Absolute junk. Took them in *with my receipt* & was told they would not accept the return because they could not resell them. DUH! I CAN ALSO NOT WEAR THEM! I asked if this was the kind of quality standards they held themselves to and they (the manager) had nothing to say except they wouldn't honor a return. Pathetic. Won't be giving any more business to Ross in the future. Horrible policies & dreadful "customer service".

When you walk into a store you expect kindness and a welcoming hand. I know this may be a big issue on my part but when a manager with a negative attitude comes out saying she can't lend a helping hand, that tells you a lot about the stores attitude. As a retailer myself we do the most so our customers feel well, but this attitude I was presented with gave the store a wrong shade. Normalize letting your customers borrow a power socket, it's not like you pay for the electric bill

I would give it 5 stars if they had more inventory. I still managed to find a few things that I needed/wanted, and the staff was very friendly and helpful
