BOTH Staff members were not helpful acted as if I was bothering them asking if they had a size that was not hanging up. The store was a disaster and frankly I will never shop there again and intend on bring both shirts I bought back after thinking about it I don't feel good supporting such a place that is so rude to the customer. Customers are why they have a job but from what I see in the news its one of the company's closing multiple stores and I can see why if any of them are even 1/4 as bad as this one. Thanks for nothing but another waisted trip to return the 2 shirts I paid full price for even though the sign said buy one get one 1/2 off. Never again.

My son dropped his drink and Marcus cleaned it up and said "oh now I'm a custodian" it was an accident I offered to clean it up but he was just rude. We really liked the cashier she was very nice.

One staff member was quite put off, that we walked up to her cash register. She was short, tart and to the point, that her register was closed. Ruined the whole shopping experience, in their store.

Everyone who works there at rue 21 are absolutely great! Truly such nice and helpful associates! 10/10 would recommend! Lacey, Johnathan, Kaisha, Kristen are so helpful especially Michelle. The store always looks good!❤❤❤

This is one of many places where you can go and get one heck of a good deal when they have sales just sign up for text alerts. Employees are always nice and friendly keep up the good work.

Morgan is always so helpful, and always has a great attitude! Store is also pretty neat considering how crazy it gets in there sometimes!
