Finish Line

First I would like to say this store was immaculate. I have been to this store a handful of times and each time I have gone the store is very clean. Not only was it clean but also very organized which I feel like I never see anymore for a shoe/clothing store. Secondly I want to point out that the staff are super nice and helpful. The staff I particularly want to refence is the store manager Gabi and one of the staff name Jay. Each time I have gone in I have dealt with each of them and they have both been a delight to deal with. Both were super friendly, always had a smile on there face and willing to go the extra mile necessary to have a customer leave with a pleasant experience. As a minority myself I was extremely please to see other minorities working at this store. I love to see diversity in any business and makes me want to spend my money at stores such as Finish line for reasons such as this and many others. Lastly I am social worker and the last two times in particular I have gone into this store I had individuals with disabilities with me as I work with this population on community engagement and working on appropriate social skills when in the community. As a professional in this field I am a strong advocate for treating people with kindness and respect. This being said both Gabi and Jay were fantastically kind and respectful to the individuals I had with me and treated them with the up most respect and human decency. I am so grateful as a customer, professional and advocate that such professional, diversity, and kind hearted staff working at Finish Line.

Jay at finish line was great! He had amazing customer service skills and I could tell he really cared about his job and the customers. He had a line of people and still greeted everyone. Store was clean and well taken care of, best place to get shoes in the mall! Thanks Jay!

Horrible customer service I was in there for almost ten minutes and no one asked if I needed assistance, I found two pairs I liked and asked the two guys at the front of the store if they had my size in both and they didn’t even go check just said no, then I asked them the smallest size they had in the shoes I liked and they said 11 when the display shoe was a size smaller than that, they didn’t even leave the front desk. Went over to foot locker and they were on it and got me a couple pairs I liked in my size.

I am normally in here 2-4 times a month buying the new and best shoes i have never once had a bad experience until yesterday. I was met by a very rude worker. I asked for a size 8.5 in a pair of shoes knowing they fit different then the Jordans i had on. He had brought me a 8 and made it seem like it was an inconvenience when i told him the size 8’s were tight. Once he brought the right size he mad a face at me as if my boyfriend would buying these for me. Then he asked him if he was paying cash or card once i spoke up and said i will be paying cash his attitude became so much worse. I hate to say this but this experience has definitely pushed me away from shopping at this store.

Jason the assistant manager went above and beyond to get me in some Air Max 90’s. Appreciate it. Thank you!!

They had a great selection of shoes and the manager Gabi was able to help me find a pair that was perfect for me! She went above and beyond in providing great customer service and the staff here were very friendly! Definitely coming back again! Thank you!

Wow I can’t describe how great my experience at my local Finish-line was! This nice Mexican fella with a sharp beard and big hands assisted me! I think he’s military idk 🙈 He went above and beyond the call of duty to help get shoes for me and my kid! Little Adonis is gonna love is Lego Bionicle TM shoes 😍 thank you!

I’ve been waiting since 10:30 since they open at 11 at 11 the store wasn’t opened and I was waiting patiently just thinking maybe they’re late then a blonde hair girl walked out seen me waiting outside the store ignored me and went to another store it’s 11:07 I’m still waiting because the store has not opened yet, I understand being a few minutes late but when you see a customer waiting to shop and you don’t help them and ignore them to play on your phone it’s very rude.

This store has great shoes. I would have purchased a pair had an associate even looked our way. There were two employees at the back of the store and neither one even acknowledged the 7 or 8 customers actively looking for shoes. Foot Locker has my business from now on.

This guy Lennon was so helpful and knowledgeable about sneakers he gets a big thumbs up from me!
