was just accused of stealing a $4 bag of SunChips by the same employee who ignored a line of 5 customers. He showed up once the other employee called for help. He took my payment and then curtly said "bye.", then i stood in the doorway for a minute and checked my phone. grabbed my bag of chips and opened the door, he shouted "HEY you need to pay for that!" and was baffled when I responded "I just bought them FROM YOU." Made me tell him the price. This place sucks. Terrible inventory, overpriced, and its hard to tell if the junkies surrounding the place are customers or employees. Only still in business because this neighborhood is a food desert.

For the first time ever I was denied the ability to use your bathroom. It's a two hour bus ride to work and I always spend money at your location. I don't see why all of a sudden I can't use the bathroom. Really hope that new employee either changes his attitude or gets dismissed.

The employees lack basic common sense. One of them thought I was homeless and wanted me to pay for my $1.99 sandwich before heating it up. This was after I already poured out a EX LG cappuccino. Did I also mention I had come in the two days prior and heat up a sandwich in the microwave before paying for it. One of them wasn't too happy that I pulled out a wad of cash and began flashing it in front of them and the security camera. They also called the cops because one of them pretended he wanted to fight and got scared because I was waiting for the bus across the street.

If you are requiring unvaccinated employees to wear a mask they should probably be wearing masks that are not mesh. She might as well not wear one if she is obviously wearing something useless.

VERRY DISRESPECTFUL AFRICAN CAN AMERICAN KID , DEMANDED THAT I PUT MY ITEMS WHERE HE WANTED IN ORDER FOR HIM TO SCAN HIM THEY WERE AT ARMS REACH AND HE STILL DEMANDED TO PUSH HIM UP FORWARD, I JUST CALLED AND TRIED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER AND HE TOLD ME IT WAS PERFECTLY FINE THAT I WAS TALKED DOWN ON AND DISRESPECTED BECAUSE THE CASHIER COULDN'T REACH, HE DIDN'T WANT TO SCAN MY DRINKS NOR MY SNACK, SO I LEFT MY $10 AND TOOK MY RED BULL AND WATER, THE MANAGER WAS FINE AND SAID PRETTY MUCH HE DIDN'T CARE, SO I ASKED TO TALK TO HIS BOSS AND HE SAID HIS BOSS IS OFF FOR A MONTH AND A HALF ON SICK LEAVE TO TO CALL THE 1-800 NUMBER

Rude. Rideshare drivers need to boycott these stores that have restrooms, but always claim they are closed. Women drivers especially need not have this kind of insult.

A simple "Have a wonderful" makes all the difference. Plus the doughnuts are made fresh and that's hugh coming from a state with a Krispy kreame or Dunkin doughnuts on every corner. Preciate it yall.
