People in pharmacy are rude. Went in to fill a prescription they told me forty five minutes to an hour, So I come back in an hour they told me my prescription wasn't pre approved when I already asked them to send in approval cost me 92. Dollars and change still didn't explain the situation well, very short very rude I do not like Them. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere

My mom needed a medication while traveling out of state. They could not fill the prescription for “5 days because of the processing time”. I have never heard of a prescription that is very common take 5 days to fill not because they don’t have it, but because of “their process”. This was a medically necessary medication that now put her health at risk for not having.

The worst place for a pharmacy. Came in at 11 am to get my 1year old medication and they were rude from the start! Said the hospital didn't send the prescription and asked me to call the hospital so I do. Had the phone on speaker the doctor told me she can tell them over the phone or send it again so they can give it to me. the lady didn't want to speak with her on my phone and said for my doctor to call the pharmacy herself so she did. A Whole half hour goes by & no one ever told me she had called it in yet till I ask and then they tell me it will be 2 hours till it's ready. I'm already upset but leave and come back just to find out I have to wait another half hour because the females in the morning reviewed it but didn't do it!! The whole time my baby's suffering because this woman can't do their job right!!!

Avoid this location at all costs! Bottom-of-the-barrel as far as Walgreens goes. The pharmacy staff are some of the most ignorant, rude and unhelpful employees I have ever encountered. They will come up with every excuse in the world why they can't do their job. You could literally die right there in the store, and they couldn't care less. They treat the customers that pay their paycheck like they are nothing more than an inconvenience. Absolutely pitiful.

I literally came my doctors had sent my prescription 5 hours past and still not ready then when I came to get it a second time they were going to start there lunch at 1:30 but mind you it was only 1:15 but she rushed me off and said it isn’t ready come back after my lunch it was 2:05 then they opened the window just to say your prescription is ready the moral of the story if it’s any minutes before there lunch they will shoo you off they are rude not courteous and the one with long brown hair will refuse to update your information and be rude about it 120th and Colorado has excellent service and I will spend my gas just to get service that makes you feel human please speak to your management there doing a horrible job I understand being for your employees but also please respect your customers hope this helps

This store is one of close and convenient near in my house but there’s a RUDE and horrible old lady working in this store name rita ! She talk to me so rude and so bad customer service this OLD lady cant help this store for business and she want me to wait for 1 hour just for pictures of 10 pcs and she don’t have any idea that I always print my pictures at walgreens because is convenient but her attitude is so horrible for customer service! Hell im not asking for any discounts or something i just want to everybody know how that old lady ruin that store.

I am currently pregnant and I am Diabetic. With that being said my medication is really important. First time I came to get my prescription it took them 3 days to have ready. I picked up my prescription with no equipment to inject the insulin. I mentioned to them about the needles that’s I needed and they said to go back in 2 hours. Went back and still nothing one whole day passed and nothing. Finally was able to get them after 3 days. My doctor then prescribed me with different insulin and after one hole day was finally able to pick that up.

Wife just needs 800mg IB profen had called in the morning and pretty much was regected and told to try a different Walgreens because they were “backed up”well turns out Walgreens on 84th and Pecos are temporarily closed which is our main pharmacy so the closest Walgreens we would have would be this one, these people seem to not care about there customers, I understand shortage on staff and all that but just do what you can do best to accommodate everyone you can’t always keep everyone happy I know but at least try to ? without customers ya’ll aren’t nothing It’s a chain people don’t realize and appreciate, well turns out it takes 1-2 days to get 800mg which big deal if our only option is to wait but wow we had to really go in personally to get this done and not to mention only that the drive thru was there priority other than people waiting on the counter but was told she could of called, well we did call but turned us away, so we had no choice but personally go in, this makes me angry 😡 poor customer service ! Hopefully they never have an emergency ever and someone turns them away like they are doing to customers it’s ridiculous! SMH I understand y’all are busy and have things to do and short handed or what not but your customers should be first before anything else! And just to be clear I’m not defining the people working at the pharmacy they’re defining themselves! So sad this place is the way it is. Even McDonalds has better customer service than this folks to put it that way! And these people are so called professionals ? That’s just insane to me, just wow smh

I put a prescription in on Thursday and waited the whole weekend to include memorial day, and the prescription still isn't ready. Today, I was told come back sometime around 2pm. This is actually ridiculous, why is this taking so long? It should have been ready days ago. Not to mention there was a line of people and nobody acknowledged us until 10 min later. It is apparent to me that the pharmacy staff does not care about its customers. The phones are always down. After this prescription is filled im going somewhere else. I just can't wait that long for a prescription.

This Walgreens treats their customers like criminals. They're constantly in pursuit of shoplifters and thereby they subject their honest customers to maltreatment. Nevermind customer service here. You're lucky if they're not stalking you.
