7-Eleven

bought milk with a food EBT card. got outside and realized it was bad. went in to exchange it and none of the milks were good. Since the guy had never given us a receipt he said there was nothing he could do. He was extremely rude.

Yeah this place is not open 24 hours. and the service is just plain BAD. bad store, bad service, bad owners. I live right next door to it, and I have gone SEVERAL times after midnight, and despite the door being open, the lights being on, and people inside behind the counter, I am turned away. NOT 24 hours, MAYBE 18 hours on a good day. False advertising and BAD SLOW service even when it is open. Close this place or get some new ownership.

For the 711 App this store doesn't support the scanning upon the app. What A waste of time.

As of December 1st at around 2:00 in the morning your guys is 7-Eleven was roped shut from the inside when they are supposed to be open 24/7 whoever this employee is that was mopping the store all by himself at this time needs to be fired immediately

Very disrespectful 'cashiers' about how they handle beer sale at midnight. I tried to talk to the store manager(in person) “Buny” about how ‘rude and disrespectful’ some of his stuff are.. he said “he could not clap with one hand”. ‘Buny’, I do have a video about the whole situation and yes!… I will be e-mailing that video to 7-Eleven Corporate.

Only because I can't give it 0 the new over night guy is more worried about Texting and taking on his phone I have waited 10 min for him too come to the counter. He has 0 costumer skills I watch as a guy that got sick of waiting for him to get off his phone walked out and he was so worried about his phone he didn't know the guy did not pay for his stuff... Update as of 7/12/22 they have a new over night guy no better than the last one always on phone not friendly and just seems like he hates his job and when has to help you make you feel like your just bothering him but best of all they are always out of everything and if your lucky enough to find what your looking for they're card reader don't work and the ATM is out order or for some reason the lottery machine is never working or at least that what say I wonder if I ts they just want to deal with it... but whatever it is you need your probably should just drive past here and stop just about anywhere else... here are two that are not to far 7-Eleven In Conoco 1.0 mi · 6966 Dahlia St Open 24 hours And 7-Eleven In Conoco 1.4 mi · 5797 Quebec St Open 24 hours

Horrible experience. I went to purchase 2 packs of bubble gum and get cash back. After the transaction was completed I turned around to put the cash-back money in my wallet and the packs of bubble gum in my pocket. As I was leaving an employee said, "do you want to give me the gum that I saw you put in your pocket"?! I said, "no". Then clerks at the desk gathered together and said to empty my pockets and the cops are going to be called. I walked over to the counter and said, "alright call the cops". Then I started to empty my personal belongings onto the counter very humiliated and disturbed, because four clerks were "mean-mugging" me. Feeling harrased I put the gum on the counter and the clerk who sold me the merchandise tells the others I did in fact pay for the packs of gum.

This is the WORST 7 Eleven! It’s always dirty there’s never food on the grills or nacho cheese in the machine. Boxes for stocking fill the aisles at all times. I live minutes away and would rather go further out of my way To avoid going to this poor excuse of a business. If I could give less than a 1 star I would.

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, outside looks cleaner than inside the actual store&thats saying alot considering theres a bunch of DA/homeless outside. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. drive the extra mile. Someone else will treat you better.

The guy who works here at 1030pm doesn’t even speak English and terrible customer service
