Tonight my husband And I stopped to get a snack and to also pickup a package from Amazon. When I walked out initially, I slipped and almost fell! My husband went in and told the two very unprofessional women who worked there that “my wife almost fell and she’s pregnant with twins.” As I was walking back to my car almost in the same spot, I did slip and hit the ground. As we were waiting for the police officer to show up, they came and put cat litter and sand down (but not before my husband got the pictures from where I fell!! After I was done with the officer and I headed back to my car, they were laughing and waving goodbye! I’ll NEVER return to this location ever again and 7-11 corporate, you will be hearing from me

Don't have anything ready them when you ask for help they're rude. Nothing is good to go on the hot food. Very poor service over all

Party at 7-11 tonight loud music. Ignoring customers and lots of cussing. Thanks Circle K for your professionalism. Another incident of unprofessionalism here at 7-11 on 58th and Quebec music playing too loud and cashier don't know how to fix price on cheezeit, suppose to be buy one get one for a dollar cashier tried to steal from me and refused to fix price.

I stop in to buy a big gulp, and the cashier Angel is always nice. She has great customer service. The store is always clean..... Way to go Angel

711 easily have the slowest diesel pumps I've seen. This location, the one on 56th street and a 711 on baseline road in Boulder usually time out before I can fill my work truck. It's a joke how long these pumps take...

If it were possible to give ZERO stars I would. This store is beyond disgusting. Had I known how gross the bathroom was I would have chose a bush instead. Unfortunately I had small children who could not wait. There was puddles of who knows what on the floor. There was no toilet paper. And when I told the girls behind the front counter they were out of tp, they quickly interrupted me with a rude "we'll get to it". Greeat.....thanks. There was mop buckets filled with nasty water behind the food counter. The whole store was a mess. Do yourself a favor, drive the extra mile and go to another gas station. Next time I certainly will.

The 711 on Quebec ST DENVER and 36 why doesn't that girl with the blonde hair leave me alone non professional I'm in that ALMOST every DAY buy what I need and leave I'm 60 yrs old just want that so CALL MANGER to just leave me alone she is constantly trying to find some excuse to kick me out of the store I cause no problems THEIR and still she aggravates ME PLEASE tell her to leave me alone

Their only saving grace is the self check-out. I would not shop here if I had to interact with the employees everytime. They are incredibly rude or they ignore you all together. I've seen them yell at customers more than once. I highly recommend downloading the app and using the self check-out.

To the cashier lexie thank you for the bad service tonight. Thank you for not greeting me and my husband when we went to check out. Thank you for being rude and not even telling us our total. Thank you for being rude enough to tell us you're welcome after the transaction was done. And thank you for laughing at me on the phone when I called to see when your manager comes in the next day.
