Just went to this 7-Eleven and the girl behind the counter told me that even though I gave her my ID and she swiped it, she would not sell me anything. She would not sell me snacks or water or cigarettes which I verified with my ID. She was hateful and rude and after I waited for three minutes at the counter while she smoked her cigarettes outside, she told me I could call her corporate office and complain if I didn’t like the way that she ran the store. She took everything that I brought to the counter, water and snacks, and took it out of my hands and told me she would not sell me anything. I am 35 yrs old and she swiped my ID horrible customer service please fire this girl. I frequent the store and I will not return again I will either go to the local liquor store or to the 7-Eleven across the street.

The two little girls behind the counter should be fired. 345p 12/20. I asked " so we're just going to do transaction if the rewards screen isn't working?". The little one said well i can suspend the order and move over to the next register all in a huff instead of bringing that up when asked if it was working. The next thing I hear is I have an attitude, I am entitled, and that I should go to the 711 across the street. I told her I know where it is at, and I will be going there. These young girls have no experience in what customer service is and that it takes effort. This whole thing about how employees can yell back at customers is what is breeding Karen's. These girls need to understand that it is not entitled people, it's that your entitled and don't have to give an effort to perform customer service and develope a plan to keep customers happy instead of mouthing off first. Quit watching YouTube and DO WORK.

This gas station has some really good product and really good customer service, I one needed help finding something and they worked hard to help me get my needs. Anyways I was in store today 12/20th when I saw a guy being really disrespectful to the employees working there…I’m leaving this in response too that person who left a review saying to get these girls fired they work above and behind keeping the store clean and tidy while helping customers too the best of they’re ability.

I went in here and bought a couple 2 liters which were supposed to be on sale, according to the tag below the bottles which said 2 for $4. I went to the counter and they rang us 2.99 each, the cashier said you have to be a 7-11 rewards member, so I signed up and they still rang up 2.99 each, I told her the tag said 2/$4 and she said bring me the tag, I did, she tossed it in the trash and gave me a look like she didn’t care, I said whatever and paid full price and her comment was “take it up with the owner”. It’s not even about the extra $2, just can’t believe how rude this lady was.

One morning, way busy, some confusion with whether or not I was given my cash back. I was pretty sure he didn't because I always spend it on scratch offs. So, just to be sure, I went back a few days later to make sure I didn't short him. I was talking with the manager, who was there the first time, checking to see if his drawer was short. She was also ringing me up at the same time. When I got back into my truck I realized SHE snorted me! Not going back there.... bad juju.
I was refused service because “they can’t scan passports”. I have used the passport as ID literally hundreds if not thousands of times and have NEVER ran into an issue. Passports are a more reliable form of ID than a DL. Pitiful service. When I asked to talk someone else she deflected and said “they will say the same thing.”
This store is amazing from owner down to the rest of the staff. All of the complaints I’ve read are either completely FALSE or just from people who have never worked in any form of retail. I hate going to any other gas station because of how awesome this store and staff are. 10/10 if you can have any BASIC conversational skills at the very least.
How cheap are the owners that they can't fill up the windshield cleaner? If it was empty once or twice, I understand, but every single station is empty and has been this way for over a year. Needs new management, or someone who actually has any regard for customer service.
Nice location but some cashier named Shelly was rude and disrespectful (and needs a bath) in the fact that all I needed was change from a 20 for a car wash. The worst!!!!! She pocketed some of my change and $2 when I asked her about the short she lied!!
