7-Eleven

I knew the manager had been planning on transferring out of this location, but was bummed when I realized the *entire* staff was gone/replaced. Worse is that the new crew is the complete opposite. Customer service, friendliness, manners, and common sense are no longer found here. This is a neighborhood location and it feels like we’re treated like a stranger everyday. The staff is cold and often won’t respond to a hello or good morning when you enter. I find myself having to leave for work earlier so I can stop somewhere else and avoid this store. It’s sincerely disappointing.

Just went to pay with my 7 eleven wallet on my phone. Guy couldn't figure it out. I think he's either spiteful or simply incompetent. Then the boss comes out, I ask him if he can help me out, he doesn't say a single word to me, and I end up leaving even after I explained he needs to scan my barcode first. I'll tell you what though, every other experience has been just fine. As long as that guy isn't working there, I'm happy to spend my money at this location. FML

The cashier cursed several times at my child and his camp group while they were getting slurpees after a super hot day of service work out in the community.

I was there 11/9/22 at around 12:40PM and the employee denied selling me a pack of cigarettes due to a comment I made of (They are for a friend.) They really were NOT for my friend. I simply just said that because i did not want to be rude and just say no to his upsale attempt so i said that as a way to imply that " I would buy more if it was for me." I truly respect and give that employee credit for doing the right thing by law and policy. That is an awesome quality to have and 7 11 is lucky to have him as an employee. Nice job bro💯💯

This location is a breath of fresh air. The employees are absolutely wonderful. I love to take my dog different places with me so we can rate them together. This is one of his favorite locations!

Rudest cashier I have ever seen! I believe her name was Brittany .. Didn’t acknowledge me once , didn’t tell me a price, didn’t say thank you, have a nice day.. nothing! Turned her back on me when receipt printed! I will not return to this location if this is how they treat customers

My husband and I came here because I was craving a slurpee. (I'm about 4 months pregnant) The man working there (this was Tuesday, January 16 at about 11:30 p.m.) was extremely rude to us. I got my slurpee and my husband got an iced coffee. We spent another few minutes browsing for snacks when the employee told us to "hurry up because he has s*** to do." We asked if the store was closing and he said no, it wasn't. Somewhat shocked by his behavior, we immediately went to check out. As we were leaving he said, "Don't give me a look like that, Missy." We left and he followed us out the door. I started to say something, but my husband stopped me. After that he told my husband, "You need to tell her to watch her f***ing mouth." His behavior was very abusive and aggresive. We did not get his name as he was not wearing a nametag. He was the only employee working at the time.

I usually dont have problems here, and am usually in and out without any problems.. However the other day I bought 3 bags of Takis, and the man at the register made a comment as he was scanning my stuff, saying "wow.. You must really like takis" as someone who constantly battles with my body image, his comment hurt me. I felt like he was judging me for how much snack food I bought. However, I digress. I'm rating with 4 stars because other than that employee, I usually dont have any issues.

The employees are usually nice but there's an older guy that works there now and every time my boyfriend and I go in he makes rude comments on how we pay. It's super annoying and judgemental.
