I wish I could give this Walgreens a zero rating. I filled a prescription and this store (and the pharmacy manager, an assistant store manager) refused to honor the Walgreens Good Rx coupon I had in hand. I've never experienced this at any other pharmacy, ever. I've lived in this immediate area for 44 years and this Walgreens is the closest pharmacy to where I live. I WILL NEVER, EVER PATRONIZE THIS STORE AGAIN. There is a reason why this store has such bad ratings. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I'll personally celebrate the day when this store closes and perhaps a more worthy pharmacy (CVS maybe?) takes its place.

They should really just close this location unless and until they can fix their problems. The most glaring of which appears to be their staffing. Drive through is not open because they can’t staff it. Front registers closed. There was only one person working in the whole store, at the pharmacy counter with a 15 customer line last time I stopped in. Ridiculous, just shut it down.

Pharmacy is never open. Signs at the drive thru are not accurate. Say you must come inside due to short staffing but when you go inside they aren't open at all. Employees at the front desk not helpful at all... say they know nothing and aren't part of the pharmacy... just ridiculous. The 1 star ratings are most definitely accurate! Update... went in... with covid because of the signs and when called to the desk was asked if the script was for me, when I replied yes, was told that I needed to wait outside and go to the drive thru. I replied that I had tried to do the right thing and waited in the drive thru for over half an hour, he told me snottily that it was open for people like me! I cannot believe even knowing the market at this time that Walgreens or any other company that provides service to the public is allowing this treatment of its customers. I will never go back to a Walgreens. As I'm pulling out, Walgreens actually called my phone to tell me my script was ready! 😅🤣😂🤬🤡

I'm updating this review to reflect the changes in staff. The new pharmacy staff at this location are very rude (especially the Pharmacist Tasha). This location cannot be depended on to pickup medications in a timely manner. They are short-staffed so the pharmacy will randomly be closed or closes early without notice. Sometimes the drive-thru is open and sometimes you have to go into the store. I'm switching to King Soopers after using this pharmacy for years. Maybe their intention is to runoff their customers by being rude so they can handle the volume better?

What's the point of having a pharmacy if you can't staff it or keep it open during business hours. I can't get a surgery now because of their incompetence.

Had to hurry to make it to this pharmacy to get an already filled and ready medication my mother really needs. Due to road construction, I was delayed, but finally managed to arrive at 7:50 … the pharmacy closes at 8pm. The pharmacy was dark, closed up and everyone had gone home before 8pm. I realize it was ten minutes till closing when I arrived, but if you close at 8, then by all means close at 8… but not BEFORE 8pm. That’s just plain unprofessional. It used to be a fantastic pharmacy… But, after 3 times of coming to this location during pharmacy open hours and the pharmacy being closed all day long - without warning, with no explanation, and the Walgreens employees even wondering what’s going on… and then, this time arriving before 8pm to no one there and closed up, I don’t know about this place anymore. It’s better to go to a different one up the street.

I must remove this stoic review of Walgreens. Dear Walgreens, You have failed your most loyal customer base and I feel bad for the employees with a future in this band of misfits in management. Seriously, I have not experienced anything like this since the beginning of My time. You're generally lacking compassion for your neighborhood families have not gone unnoticed, to your management choices. It is still about choice within this darwinism culture. However, we will not seek to meet you where you are, but request for you to consider a change. Please, do not think you are the only choice here in Denver and everywhere! one star is generous. During the holidays, this store was a nightmare. NONE of my photo orders could be processed from December 6th on - as I stood in line numerous times to try and check status on what the issue was as noone would answer the phone, the people before & behind me all had the same issue, lost orders, didn't know how to print them, one guy works in photo and he is off today.... The employees all wandering around looking lost & confused. No leadership at all. They were installing a new computer system that no one could use and there was no manager there at all to assist the staff. I called and was hung up on. I went in yesterday for a quick item ... thinking I will give this store another chance...aisles still trashed with Christmas stuff everywhere, regular shelves unkept and poorly stocked. The lady working announced she was there by herself at 8PM & was doing the best she could - I was sad for her & worried for her safety. This used to be a great neighborhood store. Safe yourself and go to another location, the one on Kipling and Bowles is great. This one is on its way out and the corporate office doesn't care. Still waiting for follow up from the first week in December when I contacted them.

PLEASE COUNT YOUR MEDICATION BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS PHARMACY!!!! I waited in line at the drive through for nearly 30 minutes to pick up a prescription for my stomach. My refill was for a 1 month supply for 120 tablets. I get home and realize that my pill bottle felt light and I open it up expecting my refill of 120 tablets a one month supply that my doctors office called in and there was only 20 tablets . I call the pharmacy and wait on hold for another 15 minutes AFTER WAITING 30 MINUTES IN THEIR DRIVE THROUGH JUST TO BE TOLD TO COME BACK TOMORROW BY AN EMPLOYEE BY THE NAME OF KAYTE. I NOW HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE PHARMACY TOMORROW AND MORE THAN LIKELY WASTE MORE OF MY TIME BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE!!! MY INSURANCE PAID FOR A 1 month supply of 120 tablets and they gave me 20???? THIS IS A MISTAKE THAT SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING!!! I’m pulling all of my prescriptions and choosing another pharmacy!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Probably skimming off the top for their personal use. Fast forward to August 9th I’m the 12th in line not including whats behind me because their pharmacy is closed inside. Unfricking believable. Transferring all my prescriptions tomorrow. Hey Walgreens go out of business already . Unbelievable.

Was waiting by pharmacy, when the pharmacist blew her nose, then went right back to work. No hand sanitizer. No wash. As a medical professional I was creeped out and worried about hand cleanliness., of a medical professional
