CHRIS- however is NOT. we live right by this station and come in multiple times a week, I have been coming to this station for many years. Chris is rude everytime. Today, I bought 4 drinks, and a few snacks totalling $17.93. Chris refused to accept a $50 bill. when I asked that he can't give $32.07 in change he said he doesn't have a lot of cash. i asked if he didn't have 5's,10’s, 20's? he said anything over 20 is his discretion and other customers might need it. since it's "his discretion" he chose to inconvenience us. He treats immigrants and those with accents poorly. I remembered I needed cigarettes, I used my card, with the $40 cash back option. it worked out fine. Luckily that wasn't up to Chris's "discretion"

The old grumpy store clerk that works here tried charging me $1.36 for my polar ice slurpee after I had bought the sip n save deal because I put the slurpee in a Styrofoam cup. He told me to pay or throw it away or get a cup made for slurpees! What a loser. Ge

I’m sure chris is a nice man but to tell my wife he can’t sell her cigarettes because my idea expired 2 weeks ago is odd. All good business elsewhere

Absolutely trash! I ask for a type of cigarette, the attendant stuff's 3 packs in a bag and I walk out. Get in the car and notice that cigarettes are the wrong kind. Walk back in to change them out for the ones I asked for and he says he won't do it. Lots of gas stations to pick from and I can't say I will not spend another dollar in here not on gas cigarettes food snacks drinks nothing. Absolutely stupid. 7/11 is the way.

Zero customer service! Clerks like yours are only interacted with based on necessity. Replace them with the self check machines and you’ll be better off. I’ve seen a clerk tell a customer at 830pm not to use the restroom because he was getting ready to clean it, clerks walk out on a line 4 deep for a smoke break leaving 1 other clerk to help the line. I drove by with a hand written sign on the front door “on break, back in 10 min”, I went to Safeway for 30 min clerk saw me pulling into gas station, promptly put sign back up and went around back to smoke. Just outstanding efforts being taken to ignore your customers on multiple occasions!

Every store around them has Diet Dr Pepper but they can't seem to ever have any in, been 4 weeks and still can't seem to figure it out.

Their hours are wrong on Google maps and they're the only place nearby in my ATM network, not worth the trip, it's not that hard to change your hours on Google maps

Bad policies. Company needs to take a pillosophy course to better understand logic. Simply because they don't have an understanding of that trait.

Have random hours posted on the door that didn't match here and different for different days of the week.
