This store was purchased about a year ago. Today I went in to buy a candy bar. EVERY piece of chocolate in the store was melted (the ac is broken). Since the new owners took possession, the store is always dirty. The employees are treated poorly. The store is always understaffed.

The guys here at nice are always upbeat and happy to help. Store is clean and well stocked. Been my go to place recently. Lowering to 3 stars espresso machine is always down and needs cleaned

Last 6 months have been terrible, no staff, no products. Today the coffee machines were broken, the cold brew was empty. 10 people stood in line while the one worker did her thing and never noticed any of us. I'll go out of my way next time and go to the pierce and Ken caryl location. Get the old staff back!!!

Terrible service. Was screamed at. Yelled at about "every1 being dead" the CSR smashed the screen, many products, screamed at others and was having a mental breakdown. Short on staff too many responsibilities. The employees do not have a strong leader nor able to build a strong crew. No one is treated w respect at this location, whether it be you spending $ or it be the employees. No care is at this location. There is always a problem. Then they will offer a free fountain drink. It's sad all around. This store need major restructuring. Today I spoke w the district manager that was out front scrubbing the sidewalks w a broom and pail of water. I explained what happened last night while I was there. She expressed concern, but man, this store is always falling apart inside and out. This time they have cameras so I hope they watch and help out the store.

I used the car wash behind this 7-11 and got locked out! My keys, purse, everything was inside. It was 10 degrees outside. A passerby dropped me off at this 7-11 to keep warm until my other set of keys arrived. The staff was very friendly. I was able to use their store phone to alert the police (just incase someone took off with my car.) and another employee let me use her personal cell phone to look up my a phone number for the Dr's office I was in the area for. While the store was slow, the employees cleaned. When it was busy, the employees seemed helpful. There was one lady (who acted like the manager, that didn't seem to bother with me or anyone else.) That is the only reason I took one star away.
ITS very sad the neighborhood store is now a terrible place to venture. This 711, is not friendly, patient, nor do the resolve any issue u have. The employee the other night was yelling at a customer. He was trying to buy snacks. She was screaming at him about her working alone. And she refused him service. That's just me watching. Then for me personally. She put my gas on the wrong pump. She was short w me. I would have asked for a managers number but the employee told the guy she was yelling at. SHE IS THE MANAGER. Go down the street and shop at the friendly Valero. They ask how your day is and are friendly, kind, and never yell at the people that supply them w $. Customers are important.

Was a great place. I used to work there. The manager isn't friendly at all. She plays favorites and doesn't like anyone unless you kiss ass. I busted my ass for them 24/7 and never got any recognition. And they may seem happy, but the manager has them scared of her. That's not how management should be. I've had customers tell me that they don't like the way we're treated. Glad I got out. Good luck guys!
I like going to this gas station because it is on the way to my work. However, I am changing that because of the terrible service I have received over last 8 months. I get it, it is a gas station, what do you expect. I dont expect any courtesy or professionalism but what I do expect is to get what I paid for and that has been my biggest issue here. More than 15 times over the last 8 months I buy pre-paid gas at the desk and every time they do not put the pre-pay on the pump, so I have to go back in there and remind them to do that. It is what it is, I let it go but it happens so often I am not sure what to do. On 3 occasions including today, they have not bagged up an item that I purchased, 2 of those times were a $60 carton of cigarettes. This morning at 6am no one but me was at the station at that point. I paid for it and walked out to pay at the pump because I cant trust that they will put it through and realized I didnt have the carton. I was in their line of site and saw them glance at me more than once. I went back in and asked if they have the carton and the gentleman and Manager started laughing and handed it back to me. I am a little concerned that they may be keeping these items intentionally because they all smoke there. Normally bad service and all I will let it go and blow over, we all have more important things to worry about but I felt compelled to call and write about it which is significant to me. I think the biggest issue there is the manager. I have seen employees come and go constantly there but she has been the cause of most of my problems and she is fostering that environment which is causing issues with other employees. I would recommend if you are going there for a few small items all is good but gas and expensive products stay away.
We moved down the street this past spring and they have been great! Always friendly no matter the time/day and most are even friendly and interactive with my daughter. Once I found a price discrepancy on an item we frequently purchase and they gave me the item for free, and the next time they still gave me a discount even though the price was corrected. Always clean. No complaints!
