"The quality of some of the employees has gone down here."
It's a 7/11. But it's clean, which I can't say for all of them & these clerks are nice people, which is better then most 7/11 stores.
Thanks for letting us know about your visit to the local 7-Eleven, and your awesome experience! Can’t wait to see you again soon!
Definitely will not be shopping here anymore. I will go out of my way to visit a different location. Amber is not friendly, has horrible customer service and I swear she’s not sober while she’s working. The store is a mess, hardly anything is stocked. It’s just not a wonderful store to be in.

This gas station is very nasty as soon as you walk inside it just feels dirty. I went to buy cigarettes and the cashier isn't able to give change for a $100 dollar bill. Kind of sad if you ask me. 711 is going down hill at every possible angle it's sad
Your local 7-Eleven store understands the frustration that can happen when your visit doesn’t go as planned and would like to try to make it better. Could you send us the details at bit.ly/711Reviews?
Older staff is rude. Young staff is awesome. We just moved into the neighborhood and would walk over frequently for snacks. We've decided to just ride/walk/skate elsewhere with the kids for snacks.
That doesn't sound right. Can you give us more information at bit.ly/711Reviews so that your local 7-Eleven store can investigate?
As good as they come as far as 7-Elevens go it's the first class of the gas station universe around here- although they could be introduced to the idea of bogos considering other 7-Elevens in town have the buy 2 for $4deals... Jjs
Thank you for the kind words! Your local 7-Eleven store will be glad to hear you had such an awesome experience. Can’t wait to see you again soon. P.S. Your local 7-Eleven store will be waiting with some hot taquitos and an ice-cold Slurpee!
We won't give them our business any longer. Throughout COVID, they've blatantly ignored county mandates, never enforce mask wearing, and the staff themselves either don't wear them or have them hanging on their chin. We had to run in there for a quick item and when asked why they weren't following the county mandate, we were told, "We don't really believe masks work." Interesting since it has zero to do with what the 7-11 clerk selling cigarettes thinks about it. I'll be contacting their corporate offices and reporting to the county.

Honestly, this is one of the best has stations I've been to in a while. My husband and I are regulars here for two reasons: it's close to our house and the employees here are exceptional. Really, I'm surprised they've gotten any bad reviews in regards to customer service, since the only experience I had that wasn't exceptional was still not negative. Every single employee is kind and great to talk to. I actually have high social anxiety, but they are so easy to talk to that it puts me completely at ease, and it feels more like talking to friends than employees at a store. I really appreciate that they are like that, especially since good customer service is hard enough to find these days, and it's even harder to find good customer service that doesn't still raise my anxiety. I think what people need to remember if they have a bad experience (and I'm not saying that bad experiences still won't happen, nor am I trying to judge whom was at fault for any previous or even future bad experiences or say anyone is wrong), is that a) not everything that goes wrong is the employees' fault, nor is it necessarily in their power or even the manager's power to fix certain issues and b) there are laws and rules/company policies they HAVE to abide by, and cannot bend or break for ANYONE, no matter the situation. If they don't and it's a legal issue, it's because, beyond being the law that's there for a reason, they not only risk their livelihood, they risk any future jobs, fines, and even jail time. Do please don't give them a hard time for not selling you that 18-21 and over item, even if you legitimately forgot it, had it stolen, or whatever. And if it's a safety issue, they are trying to keep you, the others in the store, themselves, and the business safe. If it's "just a corporate policy" that you think is ridiculous so they should just break it, remember that a) you're again asking them to risk their livelihood and b) a lot of the time, even if they wanted to break the rules for you, they legitimately can't. Cashiers are seen as low-level employees, and thus don't have a lot of power over things, don't have the codes, machines, or what-have-you to override certain things. For example, they can't get your refund any faster than the systems utilized for that purpose return your money. They can't make your bank take the automatic $50 hold off your card when you only got $10 with of gas (that's why they'll tell you to come inside to pay for gas, because prepaying for your gas inside keeps your bank from placing a hold). Try to remember that these employees are people, too, they can only do so much, and if you recognize that, treat them with respect and talk to them like they are people, not employees, I guarantee you won't have a problem with customer service. Really, there isn't a bad one of the bunch, and they'll go out of their way to help you. A rather long review, but I felt the above needed to be said, because I don't think I could ever have a negative experience with customer service from the wonderful men and women, no matter what else was going wrong, and I hope that maybe some of what I've said will help anyone reading this to see how awesome these people are, despite the fact that things that are out of their control will happen, and better even the negative experiences because they were able to see the great job they do as customer service representatives.
I live not to far from this gas station, so i come by quite a lot. They have very respectable and friendly staff. And all the goods they sell here are great, i always find myself stopping in while getting gas to pick up some snacks. Overall it's never a bad experience.
Extremely rude and disrespectful staff!! I have never been so disrespected by a convenience store clerk In my life. Even after going out of my way to push my emotions down and be extra polite to this clerk and he still refused to respond and literally ignored us when we tried to purchase something. Honestly I hate saying this but i honestly feel like it was borderline racist... I am totally shocked and blown away by the way this clerk treated my girlfriend and i!! I will do anything and everything in my power to see that no one else gets treated this way.
The quality of some of the employees has gone down here. This location has been CLOSED for 3 days now due to their system being down.
Fantastic! That is the best news. Thank you for taking the time to share that with us. Your local 7-Eleven store hopes to provide you with a 5-star experience next time!
