The amount of incompetence is astonishing! Two hours after my son's surgeon called the prescription in, we show up and are told that they haven't filled it and we would get a text (which never came). After 30 minutes I go back in and the tech seemed annoyed that I was back to pick these up. I don't live in Loveland, its just the closest pharmacy to our home, so yea, we aren't trying to drive around Loveland all day after surgery to get these. I'll be driving to another pharmacy from now on. Ridiculous!

Horibble experience, I went to get a propane refill, not only did they try to over charge me the manager was un-attitive to her team and unhelpful to me as a customer but she was also rude as ever, I've never had such a bad experence anywhere like this, on top of it all they gave me a half filled propane tank in echange! I Highly recommend not getting ur propane here.

Worst Walgreens around. Never have anything prescription wise in stock and always temporarily closed they need to fix these issues.

Literally closed the pharmacy door in our faces and said they’re going for lunch. Kelsey the manager showed us a little sign in the corner and was not pleasant or helpful.

The pharmacy has been understaffed for months, and they never have my prescriptions in stock. I’ll get an email saying it’ll be ready the next day at a specific time, and once I arrive it’s “on tomorrows truck.” I’ve been using Walgreens for years, but this location needs serious help from upper management.

Never seen a place work so hard to not take my money. Hey thanks Karen, people who regularly buy medicine aren’t auto junkies. Guess I’ll take my money anywhere else, literally. Way to go.

Ordered magnet prints and the fort collins stores apparently can't do it so I sent them here. I received an email they were done and drove down to pick them up. They ran out of magnets half way through and didn't finish my order. I don't know why I received an email saying they were done if they're not done. The photo specialist told me 15-20 minutes. So I walked around the store. It's been over an hour now and I have just been told it will now be next Friday when they're done. The few that are done have what looks like scuff marks on them. Why on earth do you send emails saying photos are done, and string me along saying 20 minutes longer when that's not realistic? I would have been fine if I was just given that timeline in the first place.

My daughter has a serious infection on her head. ER calls prescription in to this walgreens. The next day we don't receive any message regarding prescription is ready or out of stock. My wife calls and they say the antibiotic my daughter needs is out of stock. They were short and unconcerned of our issue. We then go in and speak to store manager. He was very nice and professional. After we talk to him we go back to counter to get a different antibiotic that er called in. They tell us that is out of stock. Then we explained we had just spoke with someone who said it would be ready. They eventually find it. Then the lady at the computer must have been annoyed with us and told us to sit down. I will never been treated like this at a walgreens. Their pharmacy staff needs work and training. They need to understand what their job is and some parents/people are going through some scary stuff. Won't be back. Unfortunate I have always used Walgreens.

They take ages, they are out of medications for days at a time. I had to wait over 24 hours for an inhaler and 4+ hours for pain medication. They don't call when prescriptions are ready, I drove up and was told it wasn't ready, I could wait 15 minutes in the drive thru or come back later. I asked when to come back and did that, upon arriving they told me again it wasn't ready, and I could wait 15 minutes or come back AGAIN and hope it was ready then. The pharmacist was unhelpful, when I asked "what am I paying for, for each item?" She replied "everything" and then sped read the costs so I couldn't tell what I was getting. The pharmacists here are genuinely horrible people who don't help and don't make any priority to get you your medication.

This Walgreens Pharmacy will not get another dollar from me EVER again. They texted me around 3:30 PM to notify me that my prescription was ready for pick up. I show up at 6 PM due to dinner plans I had and they inform me that my prescription “actually isn’t ready”. I asked the pharmacist why I received a text notifying me that it was ready. All she had to say was “I don’t know sometimes it does that”. So I patiently wait for another 20 min or so and they FINALLY have it ACTUALLY ready. All for me to hear my total from the pharmacist and her to say “oh yeah we are only accepting cash” not only did this place mess up my dinner plans, but now I have to go a day without my medicine. If I could leave negative stars I would. I will be sure to tell my doctor to switch to a different pharmacy and also be sure to tell others not to use Walgreens.
