I lost my wallet there yesterday while pumping gas. Realized it 20 minutes later tried calling so I wasn't wasting my time driving back there from loveland. NEVER answered the phone. (called 10 times) I asked the person at the pump I was at, he said he didnt see one. I then tore apart my car, decided to go inside and ask. Didn’t answer my question at all. Gave my the nastiest look and asked me to leave. I dont trust this place and believe they are keeping it or someone else who found it is :( Stop going here they have been rude for years

The men working are very rude and don’t know what there doing or can’t help and give feedback or any sort of communication very poor service they should be fired obviously they can work postitive helpful customer service for a gas station they should work else where and be fired immediately!!!! Very sad we were trying to have a good day order some food can even have manners and say your welcome have a good day or anything they are not fit for this job opportunity period.

If I also can I will put them as a 0, on monnday morning I went in to ask them to a call a ambulance for me cause i was having issues breathing and my heart racing so fast, they refused my request for a medical emergency. they said no we can’t sorry you have a phone you call. i figured a business would call a ambulance for customers that’s requesting a medical emergency for them. Don’t count on them to call them for you. i went to the hospital by bus on Monday and got admitted to hospital on Monday due to blood clots in my lungs and i got out today.

If I could do a 0 star, I would. My daughter went in there and started having a medical emergency. The clerks refused to call an ambulance, so she had to ride a city bus to the hospital because they refused to help.

Ok, so I work in the service industry and am very understanding about things. However tonight I stopped in and the store was a DISASTER. Now I don't fully blame the cashier but there were some pistachios that were EXACTLY the same package, weight, and flavor. I asked him what the price was because if this happens in any other store the lowest marked price is always honored. He was extremely short and said i can't change anything. The price was the higher amount so I mentioned that it was a misrepresentation Of the price of stocked items and didn't make a big deal. I had been looking around the store and found there were no fresh items like cold sandwiches, grill items, or doughnuts which i might have liked instead. In fact the shelves were pretty bare. The store was pretty dirty and disheveled overall. Guess poor management is to blame. Have had issues with service and mislabeled items in this store in the past as well. I personally won't be back and honestly things have declined since it changed hands in the past few years. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location,

Ever since the change shortage has happened. This particular 711 won’t give you back all your change if you pay. They don’t even apologize they just short you all your change. When questioned about why I can’t get my correct change back they still use the change shortage as an excuse. This place robs you of your nickels and dimes. Not cool 711

Not only was the bathroom disgusting but it was out of toilet paper and soap. But the clerk wouldn't get off her phone and was mumbling about the 2 Buffalo chicken roller bites I wanted. Said something about Jalepeno and said that's fine. She gave me two tornados instead. I said that's not I wanted. She started to get an attitude and said something else about not being ready. I said I see 5 roller bites right here. She rolled her eyes and said they aren't ready. I said there was no need for the attitude and her and the store manager shouted some stuff as I left. I have a hearing impairment. Sorry I couldn't hear you. But definitely no need for the attitude.

Used to be nice, but the owners now make rude suggestive comments to women if the arent jabbering on their phone. Trash piled in the emergency exit, restrooms are disgusting. 7-11 should close it or take their name off. Do yourself a favor and drive another couple of blocks

Great location, lots of pumps but sullen, TERRIBLE service. I am surprised that 7-11 continues to allow their name on this gas station. Note: They do not put receipt paper at any of the pumps (and never have.) You will have to go in (no social distancing happening) and wait in the food line in order to get a receipt. There is a language barrier and the clerk has no interest in helping. Why is he so busy with his phone? Weird.
