So I was at this store today to buy 2 slices of pizza. Great Price - horrible service. I got my 2 slices - but 1 box. I asked the cashier 3 times if both my pizza's were in same box. She told me yes. I even joked that I would look thinking she had put them on top of each other. NOPE. The tops were stacked facing each other so when I went to pull them apart I got 1 slice with cheese etc 1 slice with just bread. WTH? I even worked for 7-11 as a mgr trainee a few years ago and this is what you get with franchises. No clue no training.
The man who owns this location and his younger sidekick are attentive but they tend to rush customers and sometimes their short and kina of rude at times But its 7/11 & they got everything I was looking for.

Cashier Rahul was friendly enough to take few of the stuff back which I had bought as I had a flight to catch and couldn’t carry them post my trip.

Came for a propane exchange and the clerk said sorry we are out, there are 5 tanks on top that are full! How do I know they are full you ask, they have the blue caps on them! Lazy @$$!

Some of the best customer service I've experienced in a LONG time!! All of the employees there work extremely hard and deserve a little recognition!! Good job y'all!! You should be super PROUD!!

They have a flyer on the front of the food that's a 3 for 3 deal. One of the items listed is the hotdog. I asked for the 3 for 3 with the big bites and a Monterrey taco-. Once I got the register she told me they weren't included and only a smaller hotdog which they dont even sell in the store is included. Even though i mentioned the deal while ordering them... The taco rollup sucked.
They refuse to take money from the 7-11 app. 7-11 won't refund my money on the app either and no one takes money from the app apparently.

The person working was not very nice at 4:00p.m on Sep 28 2021... the bathroom was so Disgusting and I had to tell this person how much change to give me back on my gas... not the best Experience...
