Absolutely disgusting shop and customers too. The bathroom was nasty, so whats the point of requiring a baton with a code to enter? Then the lady before me didnt think it necessary to even flush probably because it was already so nasty. This kind of stuff puts EVERYONE in a $#!++¥ mood. Clean it up and stop being as craggy as the rocks around here, people. It is seriously ok to exhibit some personality, smile and have a sense of humor. :) Wow, they havent cleaned it in over 4 years! Look below. I regret buying gas here.

The morning crew are terrific but the store is poorly managed. It is a Scrounge haven. They are allowing a junky bum to live in their parking lot next to the dumpster

Terrible service there is never a manager l try to do some payments and they never can help with that

The clerk Riley thinks it's okay to say dirty things to all the women that shops here. Saying extremely dirty things to my wife infront of my kids. Telling her he wants her, she told him she married and his reply is some people are into that. It's AMAZING he didn't want to repeat any of it to my. So if your a woman and don't want to be harassed don't go in this store. Fire this dirt bag and I will remove the review otherwise I must let everyone know what to expect!

The staff here is great! Valerie, Robert, and Shawna always have my coffee ready for me! I feel so welcome every time I walk in :)

Pumped gas at pump. Said go inside for receipt. Went in and 12 people in line today, one person working. OMy. I moved to castle rock in august. And since ive come to this store its been like this. I noticed there is always a delay, each and every time i come here. All the employees there have been nice to me except for one of the managers. She was frustrated one day and took it out on me. And like I said this morning was ridiculous. I'm going to start going to Safeway..

This was the filthiest women's restroom that I have ever seen. Toliet and floor hasn't been cleaned for a while. Toilet paper every where. Looks like people are using the paper to open the door; you don't want to touch it. I can only imagine how sanitary food prep is. There was only one employee trying to handle cash register, customers, gas pumps, food prep and stocking. I was told that this 7-11 is privately owned. I think a call to the Health Department is in order.

I tend to avoid this 7/11. The staff here is usually not that friendly or not that professional. When I stopped there recently I got the worst cup of coffee I've ever had in my life. There was no liquid creamer and at 630am it looked like there had been no service to the coffee bar. Head to the next exit for another gas station.

Dawson is a cashier who always works really hard when my family and I come in. He is very patient and has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a 7 Eleven. Thank you greatly to Dawson for such a great work ethic and attitude!

This is to the dude that was working Thursday(02/03/22) night around 945, thank you, honestly from the bottom of my heart, maybe it's policy maybe not, either way thank you for allowing me to see that there are still good humans. ☮️♎️☯️
