"Great service and amazing people here."
"The only competent pharmacist at that location is the pharmacy manager Dale."
"They really do work hard to give a good experience."
Terrible! Do not send your prescription here. My husband's prescription was sent 9am on Thursday and it wasn't ready until Saturday morning. The pharmacy staff was rude and disrespectful. He had to wait in pain for a basic topical prescription.
There is a lot of miscommunication and unnecessary attitude from this pharmacy. I was told multiple times that they did not receive my prescription after my doctor confirmed they sent it. I went back and forth trying to figure it out and ultimately had to send it to another pharmacy. When I went to the other pharmacy (very friendly and helpful) they couldn’t fill it because this one ALREADY filled it. They had it the entire time 🤦♂️ I had another prescription that needed to be filled and the pharmacist was extremely rude telling me that they don’t have it in stock and don’t know when it will be in again. She said you can just call another pharmacy. Once again, I’m making calls to my doctor to figure out a solution. Come to find out they DID have the medicine, just a smaller quantity and neglected to call or text me an update. I understand these people are extremely busy and mistakes happen, but why the nasty attitude on the phone? The only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because the pharmacy techs were kind and pleasant in person.
Always busy but always nice. Miranda is an awesome pharmacist and takes time to get to know her patients. I never have to tell her who I am when picking up. The techs rotate quite a bit but I have always found them to be competent and helpful.
I have been using this Walgreens pharmacy for over a year and every month there is a problem with our rxs. When I call to ask what the problem is this month I get treated poorly. My daughter is left without her medications for at least 3-4 days every month due to their error. I am a nurse so I know to call our dr. before its out I also do what they pharm itself recomended and call them at least 3 days in advance to have it ordered in because heaven forbid they just keep it in stock like our previous pharms have done before we moved. Yet here we are again 5th month in a row she is out. So are we letting pts go without heart meds? blood thinners? I would have given no stars if that had been an option. I hope they can get it together for their pts.
Over the past 2-3 years this store has noticeably improved their service. They really do work hard to give a good experience. The last year or so I often witness irritable customers before they even get to the counter, and the staff are so patient and helpful now. To us they are more reliable then other pharmacies and we drive out of our way. The only downside is the lines tend to be really long, even though they move relatively fast. Overall the staff is very nice and professional, especially given COVID challenges.
The Pharmacy and pharmacy staff are kind and listen to each customers needs. The Pharmacy Mgmt. team and staff are amazing, and make each customer feel welcome.
Dropped by this place last Sunday to print out a few pictures and pick out a birthday card for my daughter. I am not very tech-savvy and the photo-tech guy named Artsiom was super sweet and walked me step by step of how to print out and edit my pictures. He would constantly check up on me and even printed my pictures faster than expected. Then helped me pick out a birthday card. What an amazing customer service. We need more people like that in the customer service industry.
I hate writing negative reviews but come on. Store hours are until 10pm weekdays. I was here at 9:55pm standing outside knocking on the door. Someone named Danielle (who said she was a manager) said they were closed. When I inquired why they closed early she said “it’s 10.” My smart phone still said 9:58 at this point. The first Walgreens I went to couldn’t print my pictures. Then this Walgreens closed early when they were able to print my photos. Moral of story: Walgreens employees get to make up store hours. And Danielle doesn’t have great customer service skills and cannot read a clock properly. She could have told me any other excuse but she went with a lie that was disproven by looking at the phone in my hand. The lie and lack of apology is a big issue for someone who says they’re in management.
If I could give negative stars I would. The pharmacist, Helina, was extremely rude. Zero help and rolled her eyes and made me feel like it was a burden that I was there to get a flu shot. I will never be back.
They constantly "forget" to fill prescriptions until you call a week after getting notified that your medication needs to be ordered. I understand that staffing is an issue due to COVID, but neglecting to put in an order for medication that isn't in stock is really dangerous. Go literally anywhere else for pharmacy needs if you can. Used to be great, but some mooring has slipped.
