Office Depot Print & Copy Services

I tried this for the first time, and I must say I regretted it. The first order the I proofread online and approved was not what I picked up. Horrible and utterly confused as to how that even happened. Okay, I had to have them remade that next day and the 2nd time didn't meet my standards either. Vista Print it is from now on.

Needed to print a school project - spent 3 hours arguing with the staff trying to get good quality prints - one self-service printer broke down on me, 1 put black grains all over my prints, and the printer that the employees use behind the counter couldnt print a simple gradient! staff had no idea how to help me and knew nothing about printing besides where the "print" button is. if you need more than just a black copies, go to Office Depot on Colorado and Yale - they have amazing knowledgable team there!

I use this store because it's so close to my house but nearly every time I do, it's a fiasco. Printing department is always a nightmare. Takes forever, many times it's new staff so they don't know what they're doing, "per protocal" they threw away a flash drive I had accidently left behind when printing documents, I went in 25 minutes before closing and they refused to print anything because their machines were cooling down etc etc. Wish I had something nice to say but I seem to always have an issue when I go in.

This people are rude. If you dont like your job just switch careers. Dont take our your miserable life on costumers.

Terrible customer service the people in the printing Department are lazy won't even price match their own online prices because they don't want to make 500 business cards will not go to the store no wonder why Office Depot is going out of business

Disrespectful staff, poor customer service and poor quality.
