I have just recently discovered Sephora. I love them! Every time I have been in, the customer service is awesome. The variety is good. I would like to see them keep more fragrance in stock. Each one I like is not normally in stock and I order online. They don't deserve to lose a start for it because they make up for it with awesome smiles!

This is absolutely the worst Sephora! It used, to be the Best yesterday I was there 2 girls at the counter, they walked off while I was standing there. 3 other people came up to check out . Still no help they were off talking in the store. The lady behind started yelling Yoo-hoo she must have yelled it 4 times. Then said Hey is anybody in here I don’t have all day!! Then we were talking, I told her it’s like this all the time . Very rude people. She told me she hates coming in there any more , I told her I do too! I said the manager of the store is the Rudest. And she agreed.I would not shop in But my App will not let me shop on it . And I have asked for help. Because I Love getting my free samples. Which you do not get in that store. By the I am a VIB customer so it’s important to me to get my samples and points.

I love this place! Everyone is alway so friendly and helpful! Emily and Nellie helped me find alcohol free products this morning which was no easy task!

If you go here, 100% recommend talking to Kirsten! She’s hands down the most friendly, welcoming, kind, and helpful human being the beauty world has to offer. She made my experience SO memorable and I’m so thankful for her recommendations and accommodations. She was so knowledgeable about products and different services!!! overall, if you want an outstanding experience, talk to Kirsten, SHES PHENOMENAL to say the least.

I had the best experience here today! As soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted and we were offered assistance from Sophia. She was phenomenal, very knowledgeable about products, pointed us in the right direction for what we were looking for. She truly made our experience there a 10/10 and I will be going back just to see her!

Very rude staff. They were watching us like hawks as if we were going to steal something, they were also talking to each other on their headsets about us. We came in to buy a few things and sample some new products and you could tell they were targeting us because they thought we were going to steal something, which obviously we weren’t. It was very uncomfortable. They have no right to assume that about people and we gave them no reason to assume that we were there to steal anything. We were just shopping like everyone else in the store yet for some reason they chose to zero in on us… like I said before it was rude and uncomfortable and I‘ll be taking my money else where next time.

I’m not one to write reviews… but this Sephora was absolutely phenomenal. Sophia? INCREDIBLE. I cannot get enough of this girl; she’s passionate, knowledgeable about the products, so kind, and SUCH a hard worker. My sister and I don’t normally go to beauty stores because we often feel judged, but Sophia instantly made us feel welcomed and wanted the second we walked through the door. We’ll be back just for her!!

I tried to go in today around noon and the girl/guard at the door was friendly but acted really odd and didn't let us in. 2 people walked out and we were expecting to go in but ahe kept asking questions... it was so awkward I just left and didn't go in. Super weird. Ill stick to the Sephora app for now... thinking and maybe she didn't like that I had my baby and stroller with me. Hoping it wasn't a race thing as I am hispanic. Edit: Looking back I do think she wouldnt let me in because of the stroller or my race. I still have not returned.
