I will just get what I need at other stores. I don't come in often as my hair products last me a long time but every time I do, I always get followed. I just went in recently after a long time and remembered why I avoid this place. I always walk out feeling accused of something I didn't do. I have never in my entire life, even as a child stolen from a store. I walk in while there are other customers but the workers feel completely fine staying behind the counter but when I go into the aisles they always find a reason to be within view, just idly standing by the door where I am in their view while the other customers are left alone. I walk to a different aisle and somehow they need to be over there now too. Im not even wearing baggy clothes, and no purse. Can't they see I wouldn't even be able to hide anything? This trip just reminded me why I don't frequent the place. I'll never go back now, it is so insulting.

This place is embarrassing. Want to make a $180 dollar purchase but you can’t open the box to make sure the clippers aren’t damaged. Oh, and you get no refund once you leave the store. So you can open the box when you get home to damaged clippers and get zero money back! The employees in the store didn’t even know what liners were! Trash!!!!

Enjoy getting our hair supplies here. They carry top products at an affordable price. So much cheaper than going to a salon every few weeks

Bitter older lady working here. Avoid this store. Not helpful at all, rude and makes you feel like you walking into the store is a problem for her.

I shop here often, but I’m really tired of arriving at the store before closing time and finding the doors locked up early. This happens about 1 out of every 5 times I go to this location. If you want to close at 6:30 or 6:45, then put that on your door sign and online. Don’t say you close at 7:00 and lock up before that; it’s a huge inconvenience to customers!

I am really sick and tired of buying hairdye at this place only to come home and discover ITS ALREADY BEEN OPENED. it really is disgusting that the employees are dipping into the merchandise.

Tuesday Nov 1st - I went in right before they closed. The product I love is being discontinued. I was frustrated but both ladies helped me. The young lady with glasses was absolutely amazing. I told her what I was looking for and she helped get me replacement products and said I could return them if they didn't work. All 3 products were amazing and I am so happy with her assistance and the customer service at this store!

Today (4/18) the lady with glasses was pretty rude when telling us the store was closed, very petty about it and shut the door very quickly in our face and stood there. The customers that walked out were even complaining about how they didn’t even receive the customer service every place should serve. Bad workers = bad store overall…don’t want to go back there if that’s the attitude I’m gonna get

Kelsi was amazing she helped me with anything and everything I needed. That employee deserves a raise. She was doing all the work when I came in, and the other employee was in the back not helping her at all. Very good job to her. Fastest best service I have had. 10 stars for that employee.

I went into this location on Tuesday afternoon after destroying my hair. The sales person, Melinda, noticed my distress and showed me a number of different products to try to help me. I went home and use the products she recommended and although my hair is not perfect, it sure was a heck of a lot worse. Thank you Melinda for pointing me in the right direction and helping me out in a moment of distress. You are awesome!
