This place is awesome I got some twine and beads here the other day and they have a very nice selection of arts and crafts supplies. Seriously ANYTHING you need!!!

Would recommend stopping in here they have cute decor of course ,art supplies and the sale are nice they do a very well job of keeping the shelves and store organize stocked

I love this place I get all of my paintings by numbers and I've gotten really good at it look

Love this store and location. All employees are very helpful and kind. Checkout can be longer than expected, but post covid everything is. I always find exactly what I need (and more!)

I use Michael’s almost exclusively for framing my artwork, and have built a good rapport with the frame dept team over the years. They do a really nice job and I’ve only had one or two small issues with over 30 pieces framed. Overall, they do a great job.

As an architecture student, Micheals tends not to have what I need. This is not to say Michaels is a bad store but for the work I do it does not suit me well.

Do NOT go to the framing department here. I was very clear on what I wanted. They didn't do anything correct. They also tried to pull a fast one - they didn't put the acid backing on the shadow box even though we paid for it. They used the original backing. Even worse they put pins in the photo. This photo is from 2009 with my grandparents. I don't even have a way of reacreating this photo because my grandfather passed this year. I wanted to frame the birthday card that the picture was in and they put the acid backing on that even though I clearly asked for glass on both sides. I just wanted to do something to remember my grandfather.

I loved this store I found some acrylic paint brushes I have been looking for, for a long time and plus they were even on sale. And the little gal that was working on Friday evening 8/26/2022 was so nice. If I am ever in Castle Rock again I will be going there again for sure. And the store was spotless.

Worse customer service, if I can give no stars I would. I called yesterday to see if there were any boxes left for valentine's day. I was informed that there were some left but they didn't have any slit in them. I was fine with that since I can do it. I couldn't make it in the same due to the snow storm. I was advised by the sales team that I can pick it up the next day before closing, got my name and information. I come to the store, two of sales girls had no idea what I was talking about and there was nothing on hold. Kept saying sorry. It is unacceptable
