Michaels

I went in today to get two posters custom framed. Tommy and Katie were the two people that helped me make decisions. I was so glad that they were there and that we could all talk together about what was the best thing to do based on these two signed posters. I really enjoyed working with them and it's too bad they don't get commission when they put together a package like that. Maybe Michael's could think about that but most of all I wanted to say that I really appreciate Tommy and Katie's effort, huge kudos to them!!

Big selection... everything all of the time! I always need to ask an employee for help finding things. They are always helpful!

Have found that they have a lot more options when it come to paint colors for the pour painting then anywhere else

Michaels is a craft store. It contains a large variety of items each displayed according to the particular kind of craft you're interested in. These days, my interest has been art! Over the years I've spent hours pursuing their shelves of supplies. I need paper for a variety of art types. Each type requires a different kind of paper. Drawing, painting, water color, even watercolor PENCILS! This store has most everything you need for most any kind of art project. Including a variety of vendors for each item type. The store even contains a frame shop for putting a 'shiny finish' on your best projects! The shop is privately owned and rents space from Michaels I believe. The drawback I've experienced is this; While the quality of items sold there is mostly all quite adequate, when it comes to graphite drawings, watercolors, and the like, I'd like to see at least a small offering of high end items. High end paper, and pencil (incl. graphite watercolor, and colored pencil products).

It's your basic Michael's craft store which is fine but this location recently put in self-checkout which I find to be a poor decision for this type of store. Not the workers fault though!

Super great service, once I got it. The young girl was working the cash registers by herself, answering the phone for curbside delivery, and keeping a smile on her face. It was close to closing time, which might be why they were so short staffed. Overall, easy experience.

If you call this store they’ll give you about 35 seconds of attention, then will run out of patience and just tell you no we don’t have your item here sir. Then you call back a few hours later and boom it’s there.

I'm leaving a 5 star review because Kristy was amazing when Instacart messed up my same day delivery and personally brought it to my home herself! You don't meet many people these days with ethics but wow, this gal deserves a huge raise!!! Thank you so much Kristy. Michaels, you guys need to switch back to DOOR DASH because Instacart is making your corporation look like morons.

Excellent service and good things

Amazingly, the stuff we were looking for was on one of the Michael's special 1/2 price sales. The we forgot something, and since the check out line was small, we were able to grab it while the cashier checked out the next person. Great personal service with a smile that we could see under the mask. Thanks!
