Dollar Tree

I won't be coming back. The last time I visited the store I had an exchange to do. I purchased a frame (I know they're cheap, but they shouldn't be as bad as the one I got). I went to put some art inside and it fell apart. I went in to grab a new one. The clerk YELLED at me. Told me that I had intentionally broken it, which I hadn't. When the manager came up, she begrudgingly approved the exchange. The other clerk that helped me was also in a very foul mood. I have worked customer service. I am kind, I am an easy customer. I get how hard it can be. I wouldn't feel so weird about it, if it wasn't entirely hostile the whole visit. I've also seen this same clerk be extremely rude and over the top with a different customer a few weeks back. Please, take time to coach her on how to help people. She's being unkind and rude. The customer service is just so bad. I'm gonna go shop at the Quebec and 470 location. It's farther away, but I don't deserve the treatment I got. I'm a cool person. I am polite, and the manager and employees at the other location treat you well. I'm done. It really bothered me.

If you've been to any Dollar Tree, then you know what to expect. It was a Sunday afternoon, and there was a line at checkout. It's one of the smaller Dollar Trees in the area but offers most of what you may need.

The other stores are much more helpful on the phone. They were able to take my balloon order without hesitation. Shame on you all!!

Awful customer service. Poor management. Staff difficult to locate even though there was already a six person line at the register. Was there for 40 minutes for something that would normally take 5.

So slowwwwwwww. One person at checkout and 6+ people in line. Also, it’s not Dollar Tree when items are $1.25 to start.

New flooring! Helps the feel of cleanliness. Several essentials at a good price. Greeting cards to keep on hand and school supplies. Tons of snacks and affordable glassware for accenting.

The store clerk, Jamey yelled at me, threw all products that I got on the counter, and charged the item twice.

I'd never been a Dollar Tree shopper until I started participating in a group that collects cleaning supplies, personal care items and health supplies for refugee families. Now it's my go-to for everything from greeting cards to a simple cake decorating kit I'll use to fill deviled eggs. Also has fun seasonal decor. And some items cost less than a dollar each! Wow!

I was denied service today because I wanted myself and my children to wear masks. I had to leave without my items after being exposed to an unmasked customer and ganged up on by that customer and the manager while quietly standing in line to make my purchase. It was crazy.

I love to buy birthday cars, balloons, and stuff like that. Unfortunately they are severely short staffed.like evrywhere else but the cashier lady had great attitude and was was very friendy.
