    I was referred by a family member to go open an account with this credit union, and I did. Mireya has been the one helping me through this whole process and she鈥檚 been such a big help. Great customer service and very knowledgeable.

    I've always had good quick service at their branches. The app is easy to use. I would recommend this credit union. The only issue I had is that if they suspect any fraudulent activity, they will cancel your debit card without notice instead of reaching out to the customer and inquiring about it. This happened to me twice within a 2 month period.

    Don't use this bank if you have large cash holdings. They will make it almost impossible for you to make money transfers over 20K. You have to wait 3 to 4 days just to get a response of if you're allowed to move your money. This should be illegal. Don't use this bank if you have large cash holdings. I was assured when I opened my account this would not happen and they lied to me. Has cost me a lot in my contracting.

    They seem to run off different policies then what their call center goes by. I needed a new debit card since I just lost my wallet. I called into PMCU to confirm if I went to a branch with my social and birth certificate I could confirm my account with my security questions. Only to be told by the bank manager karen,, that was not the case and they run off a policy that they must see a license first. I JUST LOST MY WALLET they told me to go to a DMV ( was also told walk up are no longer needed, that was a lie.) Wasted 4 hours here waiting to get through the DMV. I hope the branch near me gets its card machine working soon, this almost with other issues made me leave

    My 18 year old son new graduate went to go open his first bank account. And they gave my poor son the run around for two days. First the manager was not available for two days and then they accuse him or "our address" of being involved in a fraud ring of some sort. We just moved into this house in December and they denied my son based on a address. We are model citizens and all my son wanted was his own bank account. We were told by family and friends that this was the best place to go. I doubt that. Its okay my son will open a bank account at my credit union. You lost good customers. I have never seen anything like this. I will spread the word. Bad news spreads faster than good news. Dont use this credit union!

    They are a bunch of miserable, unhappy employees. They are so rude and have the worst customer service skills ever. Especially the girl that sits to the right with long hair. And not to mention the rude ass security guard. They acted like I was gonna rob the bank or something. I've never been treated so rudely in my life. All I wanted to do was make a deposit and it was a whole freak out thing because it was 1:03 pm on Saturday. Well dumb asses, your doors were unlocked. And when I called to make a complaint you can't even leave a message. I am so pissed off and I will never step in that lame ass place again!!!

    From my experience coming from having a local bank to coming to Premiere Members Credit Union who helped to finance a car for me and my older brother gave me an idea of becoming a member of the most experienced group of caring and knowledgeable and customer focused people I have ever had to take care of my Financial needs. I gave them a "5" star rating because 1st Bank Colorado was by far the worst experience because they would do things without first informing me (the customer) of the situation and just creating a big mess. I would definitely recommend PMCU to anyone looking for a bank without boundaries, meaning that I'm staying put with Premier Members Credit Union for years to come, because they work hard everyday to make sure everything goes alright. I'm very satisfied and glad I did what I felt was the right thing to do.

    This is an impressively awful bank/credit union. The only reason I use this bank is because I was grandfathered in from Boulder Valley Credit Union. Please use a different bank if you're considering this one.

    They have the worst customer service they are rude and snyde. There systems are always down. They never seem to know what's going on with there systems. There app never works. They don't return calls or take responsibility for when they mess up. Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with.

With the merger we have strived to capitalize on the strengths of the combined institution. We are actively addressing all of the issues you mentioned, and working towards successful integration of all new processes and products/services. You will see many improvements across the board in the coming weeks/months that will separate your Credit Union even further from the competition not just with better rates and fewer fees as we currently do, but in overall service and online access.
