Target

Target doesn't even try in Castle Rock, CO. Not much going for this store and not much in the store. Ridiculous for a city with over 65K people. Did Target corp just give up on this location? 🤔

SERVICE DOG OWNERS BEWARE!! Terry (if she even gave me her real name) singled me out of a crowd in self check out. She was watching me acting like I was going to steal for starters. (I spent over $170.) Then I had my service dog with me. She then asked if he was a service dog. I stated yes. Then she went on asking WHY he was one and what my disability was. I told her she did not need to know because of this thing called HIPPA. (The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) is a federal law that required the creation of national standards to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patient's consent or knowledge.) She then went on stating that she needed to know because she was above HIPPA. Also the ADA protects service animal owners from being interrogated or challenged before taking their animals into public places. Under the law, you can't be questioned about your disability or required to show certification or other proof of your animal's training or status. Not only was it embarrassing and degrading but very rude & disrespectful! There is a case on her with Target’s corporate case specialists and I am waiting for a response from the store to see how they will handle this and her actions. **Target Store-if you need the case number feel free to message me.**

Now don't get my 1 star wrong, I love Target but for a while now I get hounded by folks that work for another company trying to get me on sign up for a new cell service and I tell them no but they never listen. I think target should stop bringing these people in.

Billy is the sweetest person! He always greets everyone with a smile and makes every trip to Target that much more enjoyable!

nice, clean and quiet. I came here and basically just hid out in the bathroom to charge my phone for about 30 minutes and nobody bothered me. my girlfriend tried on some clothes while I was charging my phone and bought some super sexy yoga pants! the end. :)

This place is empty. They haven't restocked anything since Christmas. I wouldn't be surprised if this place is closing shortly.

Fantastic target shopping with quite the view in the parking lot. They have a great selection of guys clothes but the girls can be picked clean of all the non XXL sizes. Hard to find mediums and smalls if you don’t get there in time for new season changes/shipments. The food isles are great for quick finds but if you wanted to use it as full grocery it’s a bit less to be excited about with variety. Great variety of all things home decor/items and toys. Always pretty clean to boot.

Far and away the most disappointing Target location I've ever been to. I live near this store and the next closest is around 25 minutes away but I will happily drive farther to not go to this one. The primary issue is with inventory -- they rarely have any. Despite my better judgment I do end up visiting this store with some frequency, but they are regularly out of entire sections of product, especially in the grocery area. This felt much more forgivable during the heights of the pandemic, but especially given that other Target stores don't seem to have this issue anymore it's unacceptable. For now and the foreseeable future I will shop elsewhere if at all possible.
