Kohl's

The store was in the midst of many end of the season sales! Every rack was well organized and easy to browse through. I was able to find several items.

Great visit to Kohl's in Castle Rock! Brandee and Kim were very helpful and made our checkout process a breeze! They also made it fun if you can imagine that checking out can be fun. Great job, ladies! We will be back!!

I was looking for gifts during Christmas and after not much luck. Recently, I found some good deals and they have great coupons however, you must use them within the time frame. They take Amazon returns and they typically offer a 20% disc coupon on the the receipt otherwise they have very few employees and sometimes is hard to find help. Store is daily big. I found some really nice skirts / skorts for adults ladies that I always get good complements !

Okay, the store itself is good. I like that they have so much for the entire family. I was able to find a pair of shoes at the last minute online for my daughter's recital, and I chose the pickup option. So when I got there, I went inside and double-checked where to find customer service for the pickup. So I walked back to customer service, and the girl working told me we wouldn't need to do all these extra steps if I went and got my items by myself in the first place. I didn't even know where to go since it was my first time. I just apologized, and she gave me some sort of ticket to bring back with my shoes. I ordered that i had to get from some bins. So when I got back to her, she did whatever she needed to do, and I thanked her. As I was walking away, she clearly said out loud as my back was turned away. "It shouldn't be that hard to understand," and she said some other things and was huffing about the issue. So I walked back and told her I could obviously hear her. She then proceeded to have an attitude about the situation, so I told her that it was my first time sorry you had to do something. Since there were no other customers in her line. My experience with her was terrible, and she was customer service. I had a better experience with the cashier. If you can't be kind, be quiet.

We went in to purchase a wedding band and we're surprised that they had very little inventory of fine jewelry! Brandi was very attentive and helpful and we walked out with the perfect wedding band. It was very refreshing having such a friendly and helpful employee!

I'd prefer if the Military discount was all or nothing. Feeling an obligation to come back to collect the difference is agonizing. Actual location is great and staff are all 10/10.

I don't have great expectations from this place, Yet, I always find at least 1 good deal and friendly staff.

The young lady at check out did an awesome job helping us get the best price for the product we were purchasing.

This location can't clean their bathrooms either after they close or before they open so I had a male cleaner walk into the women's bathroom he knew I was in to clean it while I was in there. Disgusting!!!

Visiting Kohl’s today was pleasant, didn’t find what I needed, but I did walk away purchasing something that was nice. I have to say, this store was very clean and well maintained with friendly customer service. I highly recommend this store for avid shoppers.
