Janice in the Origins skin care department was super helpful and very sweet. Pam the floor manager helped me find the face cream I forgot and left the day before. The staff were very friendly and personable.

A decent selection of men's suits at an affordable price. We bought a suit, a tie, 3 shirts, all 300$. I think this is a good deals

Claudine provided us outstanding, truly wonderful customer service at Macy's as we shopped for mother of the bride dresses. Working the register, she called a supervisor (I assume) to cover while she assisted my wife finding the right dress. Macy's you have a gem.... Do not squander! She should be a trainer.

It was a free for all with the employees I saw working here. The guy working in the suit section had on plaid shorts, an old t shirt and his hat on backward and was sprawled out on the register table eating a snack and talking on the phone. He went around to the dressing rooms aggressively telling people to not leave cloths in the rooms. That plus the one suit (Calvin Klien) I liked - the pants were a different shade of black. The quality of the suits feel like a knock of if these designer brands. From my research after of these brands, that’s not too far off. This was my first time shopping at Macy’s, I felt like I was at a sub par Ross with bad employees. Won’t come here again.

I had ordered a pair of shoes from the website to be delivered to this location for me to pick up. They never contacted me to let me know they had arrived and then claimed I initiated a refund, which I did not. They also said they contacted me which they didn’t and even when I called customer service they confirmed the store never attempted to contact me. These were expensive limited edition shoes. I won’t be shopping here again.

This store has 3 stories and no women’s plus sized clothing section. I was informed by an employee that Macy’s decided to no longer carry plus sized clothing in-store, but that I could order plus sized online. This is blatant discrimination, as 67% of American women are size 14 or larger. I will not order clothing online from a retailer that won’t carry plus sizes in their stores. Macy’s will get none of my money, nor the money I spend on clothing for the rest of my family.

I had an amazing experience today when I stopped in to help my friend shoe shop. Kim was an amazing associate who was so helpful and was very professional when faced with an aggressive customer. I am very appreciative that Macys has such amazing employees who are so helpful in all situations.

I literally had one of the worst experiences.. it was so unbelievably hot in the dressing rooms on the 2nd floor trying on dresses. I don't know if ya'll are trying to save money, but I was literally sweating about to pass out!! And trying to find someone for check out forget it..

I stood at the jewelry counter waiting after the clerk said she would be right back She came back walked around the counter a couple times left again. I saw her walking around in the store. Another clerk who was waiting on a gentleman saw me standing there. When she finished with him she saw another lady who came up after I had been waiting , said I don’t know who was first. I stated I was , she looked at me turned her back and went to the other cut. After waiting a few more minutes. I devotion leave. Went to Nordstrom’s and was waited on immediately. I won’t be back to Macys By the way I spent over $2000

Picked up an online order. Maybe train your staff to speak with people rather than just grunt indifferently in my direction. Seriously rude. Never said hello or how can I help... nothing just grunted at us. Seriously Macy's do better than millennial indifference.
