Dillard's

Outstanding customer service! I was at this Dillard’s on 7/6/23 with a friend from out of state. We both commented how excellent, in every department we visited, the customer service was. I was beginning to think that customer service was a dying art. We probably visited almost every department and it was definitely a pleasant experience. It also appeared that the store associates enjoyed being at work and thankful for us being there. Outstanding job, keep doing what you are doing.

In my opinion, this is the best Dillard's in the Denver area. The displays are always neat and clearly labeled, and the discounts, clearance items and prices are always reasonable. I feel the customer service sets this one apart since they all sell more or less the same merchandise; in particular Sue in the Ralph Lauren section is extremely helpful and courteous, and all of the other employees I meet there are very kind as well. I visit this place every time I go to Park Meadows and many times I walk out with something to add to my wardrobe. It's a great anchor store for the mall.

I do not care for their return policy and feel they take forever to mark merchandise down. I did, however, go for a specific item and was glad to find it. The depth we were in had little help so waited at checkout way too long but the person waiting on us was lovely and very personable. She was the only reason for 4 stars.

Today, I had the amazing honor of being assisted by Breeze at the MAC makeup counter. She was extremely positive, professional, and informative. I will definitely tell all my family and friends!

This Dillard's has great staff. They are so willing to help. An older gentleman in the men's formal Department helped me with measurements and picking out a suit and tie and was just a joy to work with. Just because of him I'll be continuing to shop at this Dillard's.

Dana in accessories was so excessively excellent and beautiful! She was so helpful and made me feel so good about myself and my choices. Bestest ever employee in the department, will be coming back and seeking advice from her for as long as I live here!!

I'm sure this review goes absolutely nowhere. Dillards will be totally good regardless of this review and without my business but sharing this into the "ether" makes me feel a tiny bit better I guess. I shop here all the time. Spent tons of money with Dillards. I know that doesn't matter with large corporations. Bought a suit like I've done many times. In house tailor tailored it and it looked horrible afterwards. Went to return/even offered just an exchange. The manager, Monty, awkwardly greeted me like I was ruining his day and told me there was nothing he can do. He can't resell it and it would just go into the trash. Which I understand, but it was their tailor that messed it up. I wasn't trying to do one over on them. Just didn't want the suit they botched and I would've spent the same money at the same store. I figured I could have exchanged it for another one. I would have spent even more money for something else if necessary. Instead of keeping a customer and trying to have any type of solution, Monty preferred to save the billion dollar company their itsy bitsy cost of the one suit. I'm sure they lose more merchandise in theft every day than the impact this would have had in their store. Doesn't matter to do the right thing and own their mistake. Oh well I guess.

Very busy on a Saturday, but sales associate in Calvin Klein was very friendly and helpful.

Employees insult their customers by calling them and their makeup “ugly” and in desperate need of help. The only way these horrendous employees can attempt to get business is by belittling and insulting customers. I am disgusted and angry that the cosmetic department conducts business like this, and I recommend that everyone stays far away from the Dillards cosmetic department, unless you want to be called ugly by an associate.

I had to buy my som a suit for his annual church dance. I came to Dillard’s and was immensely surprised at not only how beautiful their clothes are, but reasonable too! She and I looked around and the stuff there was just wonderfully priced and made! Dillard’s is one of the best places for your kids to look amazing!
