Kohl's

I asked them to apply a 40% coupon I had to items I bought the day before at 20% off. They got mad at me for asking to look up the receipt, they finally swapped one of the items, but when I went to return the items back to the shelf to be nice they assumed I was going to steal the items and called security…they looked all embarrassed when they saw me putting stuff back on the shelf as no security threat and tried to act like we were friends. This was all setup by the manager too. The guy was so unhelpful, unapologetic. Done shopping this location. I get my question was annoying because it required work to return some money, but you don’t have to be mean and then call security as a precaution because I was helping out by putting the items they needed to use to look up back on the shelves.

Absolutely miserable store managers! They eandomly change Amazon return location and Online order pickup location without any signage or notice. Then the employees are rude when you ask for help! Avoid this store unless you're planning to just loot it

Kohl's is a great place to shop. I only wish they had a wheelchair/or power cart for shopping. I use a walker and can only stand for so long. Also, I came in to return a package from Amazon. They could have a sign or two so people don't have to walk the entire store to find the right place.

Amazon returns Give you great rewards which I didn't know until now. There's definitely a huge selection of clothing and honestly just everything lol. I had an employee go out of her way to walk me over to where the purses were so that I could use the coupon that I received from my Amazon return. Very clean and organized and the woman who checked me out, was super friendly and informative. I absolutely will go back there again! Especially when I find Amazon returns lol.

Had a great experience and exceptional customer service from Eloisa. She was so kind and helpful during my shopping experience. Will be coming back to this location!

Love this visit Sephora at this particular store. Jackie is always so friendly and she always makes you feel like you are her favorite customer!

I think his name was Chris - he works in the Amazon returns area in the back of the store. He's always friendly, hard working, helpful and goes above and beyond. If anyone deserves a raise or promotion, it's him.

I had some Kohl's cash which I hadn't been able to spend due to cancer treatment getting in the way. Manager made it right. Great customer service today.

I love shopping at Kohls. Their merchandise are reasonably priced yet of very good quality. I buy all my kids clothes at Kohls.

Always clean and easy to move around the store. Not crowded and big selection of items. The staff are wonderful and the experience was good.
